I ordered 3 items. I was double charged for one item. One item wasn't available-- the cappuccino. Took forever to get the refund. Only noticed getting charged 2x after leaving. Terrible experience.

First off I shouldn't even be eating this junk. The prices are getting ridiculous. When you go in the restaurant no one takes your order anymore because they want you to use a kiosk. The vibe I used to get as a kid going to McDonald's is gone.

I never have had a issue and I go here least once a week or 2. Today they tried to charge me for ranch, when I picked up my mobile order. Yes, it was already included on my order and free through the app. The person at the window still gave it to me but still. Management do better!!

It was pretty slow inside, however the drive-thru was backed up. We have a new cashier who didn't know the machine to ring up anything, and had such a difficult time counting change back to us that we had to help her. We had three separate orders so we did this three separate times! Shift manager was so busy in the Drive-Thru that she managed to get over to her to try to help her once but then had to run off. I don't know how long this young lady had worked there, but either way she was totally unprepared to be using a cash register!

Guy who took my order seemed slow, when I got my order I asked for sauce because I didn’t get any and he said it would be a 27 cent charge, since when? Do they expect me to eat dry ass food? Most places give you a sauce or 2 before they charge, if they even do at all. The one on bellmead is honestly 100% better.
