Ordered 2 large sweet teas been waiting in line 10 minutes. Yall know Texans like our sweet tea bad enough the price keeps going up from $1 to $2.25 per LG tea . Maybe they need a review to see if they are that short handed?

Waited in line but the employees here don't even know how to manage their drive through and I was skipped twice. Went to HEB instead and got much better food from their deli. It looks like I dodged a bullet considering how awful the reviews are. I know it's fast food but it's still food, and still a job, have some self respect at least.

Morning shift is so rude and don’t wanna do what they get paid for we ordered our food and they got it wrong we politely told them they had it wrong asked to get it remade and they still got it wrong they are rude to the elderly and obnoxiously loud screaming numbers while folks are trying to somewhat enjoy their meal I would not come to Franklin ave McDonald’s

***WARNING***Forget the fact that I stood around for ten minutes and there were 10 people were standing around doing nothing and only 2 people in the restaurant, what was alarming was the condition of the restaurant and the people. Pure trash in there. Filthy, crap all over the floor, I went to use the restroom and a work went in there and was taking a dump and walked right out without washing his hands and started making food.

The manager had to yell twice for the employees to stop cussing. I look down at the floor and just trash everywhere. Absolutely ghetto. I obviously left, but if you eat here, you are taking a huge risk. I’m filing a complaint with the health department so people don’t get sick. Look at the reviews. They are serving raw meat. This place should 100% get shut down. Stay away!

Have had multiple instances on several occasions where service here was mediocre. I try to avoid it as much as I can and go to another location. The last time I went, some of my breakfast items were missing and by the time I got home and realized, it was too late to go back and claim them. So I contacted customer service for help twice, and went once to the restaurant. Every interaction led to no solutions. One of the managers at the store at the time couldn't resolve the issue for me, and he looked like he didn't care. Several customers saw this interaction (I was very civil and trying to understand the manager, btw) and even some interacted with me outside of the store that it was bs that they couldn't resolve my issue. It's not like it's a lot that was lost, it's the greed and unprofessionalism of this company that upsets me. I am a manager and also work with customers and do my best to resolve their issue before they leave the store or veen when they come back with concerns. So disappointed at the people they choose to hire for their leadership teams. It's seems they just hire anyone.
