I ordered two breakfast burritos they wasn’t even hot they was barely room temperature and the center was cold I didn’t even have to open it and can tell they gave me some burritos that’s been sitting for a min the tortillas was hard it’s actually sad at this point just shut the whole restaurant down this has been the nastiest McDonalds in Waco my entire life and yes I’m from here PS: I went back around and tried to get them remade they just threw em in the microwave save your money ppl the staff is disgusting

Imagine being pregnant sending your partner to your neighborhood McDonald’s thinking y'all are about to get fresh Breakfast and he’s waiting in line for 15 minutes and nobody even comes on the speaker! Nobody ever came and he had to drive across town. This McDonalds is always out of something, there’s always a wait, then the food is old and cold when you finally do get it! Come on North 19th, this the Mickey D’s that raised us! Do better :-(

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's in the entire greater waco area. Staff always rude, drive thru prioritized over inside customers no matter how small the order. And if you do go through the drive thru it's likely to be a 45 minute wait. I would recommend just driving the extra few miles to the bellmead location, it'll likely be faster even with the drive time.

Okay McDonald’s why do you guys have the lobby open if nobody is ever working front counter? It seems that workers walk right past us as if we’re invisible! Every location in Waco Texas does this! Just close the lobby and have drive through and curbside only.

First off we waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes before we could order all they did was say hang on a second and then we ordered and I wanted 4 sweet and sour sauces and I didn’t get them they gave me bbq sauce will NEVER go there again

McDonald’s handled our order very poorly today. They gave our food to another customer, and it sat in that person’s car while they went through the bag. The employee then tried to take it back inside, rebag it, and bring it out to us as if nothing happened. When we asked for a refund, the staff became rude instead of acknowledging the mistake. The entire situation was unprofessional and unacceptable.

I went to the drive thru on September 5th late afternoon for a fish sandwich meal and chicken nuggets from value menu The fries were good but the filet of fish was hard and my nuggets were lukewarm and tasted like they had been under the warmer too long I could have eaten anywhere but I chose McDonald’s it was a waste of my money and I did call corporate but I have yet to hear back from anyone at this location very sad that the food is mediocre and expensive there was no real effort put into this meal
