General manager is VERY RUDE!! We showed her from our phone that our order wasn’t complete and she completely ignored us. She said couldn’t give it to us because it was not on the paper. Not our fault the machine didn’t print it out. Awful service.

Do not go to this McDonald's. It is so poorly run and unorganized you are better off driving 10 miles away then wait 40 minutes for 1 quarter pounder cause they gave your order away to the a rong person 3 times.

Don't ever come here !! My experience was absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced and I work retail so that should speak volumes! I understand you get busy but waiting 40 mins for 4 mcdoubles and 2 large fries is absolutely unacceptable. I went in to ask how much longer it was going to be and saw they were backed up. I went to ask an employee to just check on where my food was and she flat out said she couldn't help me she had too much to do. Then we proceeded to go back to the window to be told they gave our food to the wrong person. Asked for a manager to get a refund only to be told that he couldn't give us a refund. Had to wait another 10 mins for the order that he personally remade. This is the second time in a row that this place has taken for ever but it will definitely be my last time coming and I will steer all of my family and friends away from here.

They are very racist I came to dine in with my black family and they gave me a number and yelled my number for me to come up to get my food but the Hispanic families they brought their food to their table! The staff all need to be investigated for racial profiling! Unbelievable!

when I order 2 orders of fries I'd like to actually get 2 orders of fries not a single order of fries, or is the manager too bad at their job to train employees to know the difference between a 1 and a 2?

Went through the drive thru. I ordered a spicy mcchicken & a fry. I received old nasty fries, so I went back around & asked for some fresh fries. They told me to pull forward & they would bring them out. They said it would take 3 mins. 1 min later they come out & bring me the same fries that they just re-dipped in the oil to make them hot. My baby was crying in the backseat so I wasn’t able to go back around & say anything. My sandwich was nasty as well.

You might as well take expresso shots of the menu for the coffees. Every time I go the machine is cleaning or doesn't work doesn't matter what time I go it's very frustrating. It has really gone downhill at this location.

Everytime I go to this location the staff is very pleasant, even when other customers are rude. I order from my app mostly and walk in during my lunch to pick it up. I have never had a problem and the staff is always very helpful. I know working in service is hard and staff deserve their props for dealing with a lot!

Sucks. Worst service. Ordered online and never got my food. That was months ago. I deleted my account and never been back. They lost all my business on a $8 order.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but wow. After a long day, I just wanted something simple for the kids’ dinner. I was polite and respectful while ordering not rude at all but the attitude I got in return was completely unnecessary. The customer service here is seriously lacking. They clearly need better training on how to treat customers. Disappointing
