Let me start off by saying ive had some great times at this McDonald's but today was absolutely horrible! To start off we waited in the drive through line for 1 HOUR! And they still got half of our order wrong. We asked for lettuce and tomatoes extra on one of there burgers that did not offer them. And it came with items we didnt order and didnt have the lettuce and tomatoes. That was okay but what really ticked me off is when we ordered two sweet teas with are orders, and when they came they tasted like BLACK COFFEE!!! I am not joking when I am saying it was the most disgusting thing I could taste instead of McDonald's usually good sweet tea. I am disturbed to know if it was McDonald's sweet tea maker? Or if the employees could not understand sweet tea from black coffee? Either way I will not be second guessing myself when I want to come here!!!

Bruh. I got the grinch big mac meal and i guess the grinch done ran off with my other beef patty for the burger 😂 where my other patty, brodie?? Service was mid and the pickle fries are beer salt (hint of sweetness) with a shaker bag. Socks are tight tho. Run me dat patty tho💀

Kid you NOT. EVERYTIME pass 10pm since they have been 24hrs NOBODY answers drive thru and its disrespectful i sat here literally 30 minutes at the screen just to pull up and wait another 20 minutes for a MOBILE order. When i got it it was cold.

old review: by far the slowest mcdonalds ive literally ever been to. unfortunately its the closest one near me, so ive been here many times and never ever have i been out quicker than 20 minutes :) so prepare for that

Just left McDonald’s in Hewitt and this is what they gave me. I paid for 2 orders of bacon and the manager hands me this. Yes I’m pissed because my son asked for bacon and you all continue to mess with people’s money and time. I sure hopes this review reaches them because this is not the first time this has happened.

We were able to order our food and drinks very quickly but then we were told to pull over and wait and order would be brought to us. We pulled over and waited for nearly 20 minutes for a very simple order. There was nothing fast nor convenient about going through the drive-thru here. I would definitely avoid this location.
