We love Moroso’s!
We enjoyed another fantastic meal at Moroso’s. We started with the Bruschetta which was an explosion of flavors. My husband had the shrimp scampi, which is the best we’ve ever had! I had the pesto pizza, which was also delicious. Our waiter, Austin, was excellent. Of course Dan, the owner, is always so friendly and cares deeply that all customers are happy. We love this place! We give it a 10 out of 10 stars!

Lasagne, hard noodles, Flavor was not impressive. Lobster ravioli was not impressive either, sauce does not pair well. Flavor lackluster. The app special was pathetic. 4 small button mushrooms with 1/2 teaspoon of seafood filling, that was disappointing. Weekend special ran out on Friday. Poor planning! If we ever go back,We will stick with the pizzas, which are good and the Brussels app. We have a have had a few good meals there previously, but this one bombed. Service was good, no owner/manager visits around the restaurant on this evening checking on folks.

Our favorite spot. Cute little date night place but can also accommodate larger parties in the back room. Dropped a penny in the fountain out front for good luck!

The food here was SO good. There isn't one thing I've had that was bad, or even mediocre. And if you're in the mood for pizza, then you should definitely try out the Wild Hog pizza. I realize most people don't go to Italian restaurants for pizza, but just trust me. That crust was so pillowy soft, and all the toppings were amazing. If you like seafood, both the shrimp appetizer and the scampi were excellent.
Like I said, everything tried tonight was a winner!

Party of10 made reservations because we were in hurry to see play at Civic Theatre.EXCELLENT SERVICE.They assigned 1-fast Waitress who reminded us we were on a schedule and kept orders coming until she got us out in time to drive 1 block, arriving at perfect time for parking upfront and seating!FOOD: delicious/seasoned perfectly, and my compliments to Chef. It all came at same time (and it was varied from pizza to pasta).SERVICE: SHE was remarkable, knowing our named/orders, noticing who was mose hurried ( offering $ instead of cash), remembering drink preferences, and recalling if we thought of a certain dessert Dessert while ordering main meal, asking if we still wanted it later.CHECKOUT: Effortless!

One of the best highlights of our Waco trip. Dan, the owner, takes the time to visit each table and connect with the patrons. The food was top notch. It was very authentic and beyond. Several Italians at our table stated that the chicken (Alfredo) dish had the tenderest chicken and amazing flavor. They all agreed it was the best they ever had! Try it! It was actually light and not too rich. Also, the dessert wine (which we don’t usually drink) was such a great blend of flavors and not sickeningly sweet. Order the bread, goat cheese ravioli and the burrato cheese appetizers! Grateful for a wonderful evening.
