Went there for the first time on Thur 6/19/25 for a sno cone. When I paid my card was charged twice I only noticed because I happened to check my account and saw the two charges. I tried to call them but the # on Google no one answers. So I drove all the way back up there explained the situation they kept questioning me like they didn't believe me even after giving them my phone and letting them look for themselves. They agreed to refund one of the charges had me sign a receipt and I was on my way. Then later that night I was checking my account again and noticed I was charged again so instead of refunding me they charged me again. 😑
Update: (previously 1 star) This has been fixed and they apologized, the person working the card reader was new to using it and we got everything resolved.

Only gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Was in drive thru literally sat there 2-3 mins deciding to what flavor while other vehicles were ahead of me. Never heard anyone come on the speaker. I then get up to the window and the guy working said”you were suppose to order back there” i explained i never heard anyone come on the speaker. He then told me I’d have to leave and get back in line and refused to take my order. Went to Bahama bucks and had amazing service! Mr Sno is a no!

Horrible service in Waco. Every time I go there the workers have a horrible attitude towards me. I love their menu items however their horrible demeanor drives me away.

me and my son went there and they have the best snowcones of all time and my son was very impressed with his and said he loves it and wants to see if they hire so if so let my son work for yall and also hes thinking about opening his own snowcone stand anyhow really amazing and delicious and my son loves there snowcones would definitley comeback and yall are the best snow cone place of all waco

The lady is very rude, we were trying to look at the menu since it was our FIRST time ever going and she was constantly rushing us! She just had a very mean tone with us. Never going back again. Do better!
