Ever since I tried this barbacoa taco 6+ years ago, I’ve been searching for it’s equal… Long story short, I’ve been making the trip back to Waco every time I visit Texas.
Bonus points because the staff are the nicest people!!

I’ve loved coming here since my time at Baylor! It’s a must every time I come to Texas. The tacos are the best I’ve ever had and you can taste the fresh ingredients and love that go into making them. Meat is extremely juicy and tender. Salsas contain the perfect amount of heat and flavor. Definitely check it out if you’re ever at the Waco Farmer’s Market!
