We love these cakes , but unfortunately I ordered one for my mother’s 87th birthday. When I went to pick it up, sign posted they had to close early due to unforeseen circumstances. So I had no notice, call text, to inform me. I went to several other stores but all needed 1-2 days notice. Very unprofessional, I could of gotten a call or text. So I still have not gotten call from them. It’s now been 3 days. I was told this happens a lot. Not a good experience unfortunately.
