I called on Monday to special order 10 -8oz bottles of celery juice , they said they would have it ready early on Tuesday and would call ..by 1pm on Tuesday still no call , so I called the mandy ask if my order was ready , the lady said she didn't gave an order ..and then turned and said there working on it ..call back at 3..I asked if I could add carrots to half the order and she not possible..I as to speak to a manager, she said there wasn't one..and then I caught her in a straight up lie that they hadn't even started my order.. .I am beyond disappointed....

Awesome customer service! They didn’t have one of the items I ordered in bulk on Uber Eats at the Downtown location, but they had it at their other location, so they had someone from that location deliver it themselves. I really appreciate y’all!

I wanted something healthier while I was downtown today. I decided to check out Oh My Juice and boy am I glad I did. They have a huge menu of smoothies and other healthier items. They also have ready made juices. I got the Beets Me Bowl with bananas, blueberries, strawberries, and honey granola. It was delicious.The building is cute and small. It’s decorated really fun and I appreciate the OMJ backdrop. It’s awesome.The staff were very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted to eat!

First time here, and I was very disappointed. No line, no other customers and it took forever to get my medium smoothie. I expected fast and great quality only to be disappointed by a chunky thick smoothie. And like any other place, they did not get my name for my order.

Very expensive for very small portions. Downtown location was very nasty. Nats and flys flying everywhere, especially around the acai area. I requested blueberries as a topping and there were some that were moldy.Mamaka will continue to be my first choice!!

I'm not one to write poor reviews but this one kind of has to be done for how pricy it is. I have gotten bowls from Oh My Juice over the course of a few years and intitally (three years ago) the quality was great and the sides generous. Over the past year, the quality has gone down quite a bit, assuming because of COVID, but rather than increase the price and maintain quality, the price has increased and the quality has decreased. The bowls on the Baylor campus and downtown continue to decrease in size, become icier in consistency, and provide liquidy nut butter from a squeeze bottle. For ten dollars, this is not quite worth the price! Nice staff.
