The atmosphere was very nostalgic. My daughter loved seeing the robot deliver items. The service was great. The food was tasty. Our pizza took a while to come out, and when it did, it was room temperature. We were tired and hungry, so we didn't make a big deal about it. Despite that, it was really good and loaded with sausage.

Never been to such a terrible old chicago and we've been to many of them through the US. We ordered 2 appetizers a kids meal a pizza. The one appetizer came out then the pizza. Then like 20 mins later the kids meals and other appetizer came out. They tried to charge additional for ranch which we didn't ask for they just assumed we wanted. I normally am not one to complain but gosh that was terrible. Won't be going back there or recommending to anyone!

Stopped to have a quick meal while traveling. On entering, the restaurant was empty except for a few bar patrons. There was no one at the host desk and after a 3 to 4 minute wait, the bartender came and seated us. The wait staff was friendly and took our order and brought drinks quickly. We ordered a pizza and salad. The salad came out quickly but after more than 30 minutes, still no pizza. I am watching the restaurant fill up and others who came long after we did receive their food. The wait staff finally came back and thought we were finished eating....we had never gotten the pizza. It was an additional 20 minutes before we got the pizza. Not sure who dropped the ball, but our plan for a quick meal turned into a 90 minute stop. The wait staff was apologetic and did reduce the tab.

Stopped by to grab some food and waited at the entrance for about 2–3 minutes. No one greeted us, but we noticed the tables were already set with silverware, so we assumed it was self-seating and sat ourselves. After that, we waited another 10–15 minutes at our table without anyone acknowledging us.
We eventually walked to the bar to ask how to place an order, only to be told the kitchen was closed—this was at 11:18 PM. When we asked what time they stop serving food, we were told 11:25 or 11:30, which made the experience even more confusing and disappointing.
As someone who works in the service industry, I was honestly surprised by how unwelcoming the experience felt. I couldn’t help but feel we were being judged or overlooked for being young. It’s a shame, because we came ready to eat and tip well—this could’ve been an easy opportunity for a server or bartender to make some money and leave a better impression.

Great food. Personal pizzas were the perfect size. I got a deep-dish pizza, my wife got a calzone, and my daughter got a cheese pizza. Had to try a little bit of everything with everything tasting amazing.

Had the best waitress. She was busy, but she still kept on checking on us, and she got our order right, brought my husband 5 taste tests of beers to see which 1 he liked better, was very sweet, and the food tasted awesome.

I have been going to Old C's for decades. My name was on the wall on a now closed location in Colorado. The location in Waco reminds me of those good times minus the food. Everything was was over cooked and dry. The spinach and artichoke dip was just a tub of oil. Chicken wings were petrified and the pizza wasn't much better. It's unfortunate.
