Me and few friends came in to this Olive Garden and we heard bad things about this restaurant but I don’t care what I heard at this point. We had the best waitress, I think her name was Shae or Chaylen. She is the reason we will be back. The only thing that left a bad taste in our mouth and almost brought us to the point of saying something to the Manager was some young kid that worked there was talking bad about our waitress behind her back to our table. Which I thought was so unprofessional. So to the young lady that we had, if you see this. Thank you for being a bright smile after we all had a long day at work. As for Olive Garden, train your people to be more professional, you are in the service of customer care, not petty stuff like talking someone else down to lift yourself up.

My mom who has celiac disease, and stage 4 cancer ordered gluten free pasta. They served regular pasta. She's suffering for days.

I went this afternoon with a friend to have a late lunch, we usually go to this Olive Garden and haven’t had a negative experience yet, but today we were sat down around 4:30pm. I only ordered an appetizer for myself, and my friend ordered the unlimited soup and salad.

Our waitress brought us our food, and all seemed well before she whipped back around to tell us that my friend couldn’t share a little of her salad or we’d be charged double. I don’t know if this is a new policy but we were confused as we had been given extra salad plates every past visit to share.

Our waitress just seemed a little aggressive as we genuinely didn’t know about the policy. She then seemed to back track and then told us she’d let it slide, but our appetites were ruined at this point

My friend generally doesn’t like the salad so it just sat on the table uneaten and waisted the rest of the visit.

What I don’t understand is that if I did order the salad they would have only brought out one bowl for the table anyways, and not two separately….

It was just a really tense visit after that first encounter so we did our best to just eat the soup and appetizer and leave. The salad kept “untouched” for the policy.

I guess next time we’ll go spend our money somewhere else….

Memorable meal with personalized service for our group of 12!
Olive Garden made our day absolutely wonderful. Coordinating a dinner for a party of 12 can be tricky, but the staff here handled it with warmth, efficiency, and a smile. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.
What truly stood out was the extra mile they went to accommodate my father-in-law. He had a special request—a pizza not on the menu—and instead of politely declining, the kitchen made one just for him. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to our family and made the whole evening even more memorable.
Everyone enjoyed their meals—the pastas were flavorful, the salads crisp and fresh, and the breadsticks… absolutely irresistible! The pacing was perfect, refills were offered generously, and the servers were attentive without being intrusive.
It’s rare to find such personalized hospitality at a chain restaurant, and Olive Garden really delivered. We’ll be talking about this visit for a long time, and it will definitely be our go-to spot for future gatherings!

I ordered the shrimp and scallop with pasta Alfredo. When they brought the plate. I started to smell a bad order. First I thought it was the people that just walked by me. Then realized that it was the shrimp and scallops. I have eaten seafood many of times there and this is the first time I just couldn’t stomach it nor eat much of the food. I will go back because I love the soup and salad. I’ll just stay away from the seafood. Now onto the cute little waitress we had. I wish I could remember her name. She had her hair up kinda like princess Laya. She had such a sweet charisma about her. She looked like she belonged in the movies. We got there around 5:20 and sat in the small section with booths only. She was an amazing waitress. My friend wanted something that is no longer on the menu chicken pomadora. I’m sure that is spelled wrong lol. But the manager checked and they were able to make it for her. Manager was very professional and friendly.

Out of a party of 10…Only 3 liked their meals. The rest was either cold, or “ gummy”. Like old. We will be back .. guessing the kitchen was having a “off” night. Nobody is perfect,

I've been to a few olive gardens and none of them compared to this one. I know a lot of ppl harp on O garden saying not authentic Italian and that's fine but it doesn't take away how delicious it is. My daughter and I love the place. Always have a very attentive,helpful ,smiling and nice waitress. Food always comes out quickly and for my soups I like mixing 2 different kinds, when I get the soup they have no problem mixing them for me. Any questions I've asked never seem like they didn't care and a rushed answer just to get you moving along

Had a delivery driver through Uber steal my food and the manager at OG went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Can't recommend them enough. Foods good too of course.
