SO.. I went to the Outback Steakhouse in Waco TX last night for the first time in a long time because I’m not real fond of them anyways. So other family members wanted to go there so I decided to go with them. I looked at the menu before I went to see what I thought I’d order. I decided on the new item Chimichurri Filet. What a mistake. First I ordered it medium rare. Came out what looked like more medium to medium well. It doesn’t tell you how big the filet is BUT based on the photo it looks like a decent size. What I ended up with looked like maybe 4-5 ounces if that and it was all but tender and had a few pieces of gristle in there also that you couldn’t eat. The whole dinner was kinda a disappointment especially for the price of just under $29.00. It kinda reminded me of why I haven’t eaten there in many years. Very disappointed to say the lease.

Came in for fountain drinks to go. While the first host said sure the next one came saying I needed to purchase a meal in order to purchase a fountain drink. Honestly I'm not upset about it but more feel discrimination like if I wasn't going to pay or maybe the way I dressed. From what I've seen the boss needs to do better with employment

We took our special needs baseball team to dinner here and the staff was incredible, apps were ready when we arrived and we’ll be heading back again with another team in a few days.

My wife and I were the only customers in section we were seated in. Server was very friendly, but lacked in attention to detail. I had to ask the person who brought our meals to table for a drink refill. When we got our ticket, server asked if we would like to-go drinks. We said yes and never received them. Server was too busy on her phone to give us good service.

Went in to eat dinner on a Sunday and waited 1 hour which was then closing time to then be told certain food wasn't available. Do not recommend going unless you wanted a cold and quiet place to read a book.
Haven’t been to outback in awhile, figured why not. Food was not great and took forever to come out, there was only 3 other tables of people so it was not busy. Server came to ask what drinks we wanted and it took 30 minutes before drinks finally came out. Another lady brought them out but slammed them down in front of our 1 year old. After we finally ordered our food and appetizers we were waiting for awhile again, while all of the staff was sitting talking, which normally I wouldn’t mind but we were never offered refills for our drinks nor received appetizers till after we got our food. The food overall was unappetizing and the steak was the worst cut of sirloin I’ve ever had in my life. Wasn’t expecting steakhouse greatness but I wouldn’t have even wanted that at home either. Some food items were forgotten as well and we were looked at like we were crazy when we asked for them. Would possibly return but for sure not this location

We came in and ordered our usual steak and size and waited 20 minutes to be told there was no cup chili. Then we ordered our beef medium rare and the chef overcooked my steak and didn't serve it even though we changed the size.
