For my first time here I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the doors. The hostess was so full of energy and life I loved it and my server was this fun and polite girl I believe her name was Alexis.
Leave you waiting an hour for bland food. Not as good as other locations. ?

I just went today with my family i am not happy i was eating with my kids and well my daughter found a cockroach walking on her food then jumped on part of mine waiter came and said he would bring a new one. So very not pleased paid the full bill with tip but honestly to be back at an outback after so long and to have that experience just killed it for me im not sure il be going back. My kids asked me for desert but i told them no since my son said he hoped it didnt have cockroach on it to so decided to go somewhere else for desert.

The steak was cooked properly but had too much pepper. Mushrooms were good and would order again. We would go back again just have them go easy on the pepper.
Ursalla was an absolute gem and pro! First time ever being in an outback, made me and my ladys experience a dream come true! Will 100% look forward to being back. Give that lady a bonus!

I was hoping to recieve the free bloom that is offered when you join the rewards. I called 2 days before.the lady said try ordering online then when I come to register they would take care of it.well had trouble ordering online.so I came in person today ,just now.the man was training a new person. So he had a cocky attitude.madevit difficult to get my free bloom.whataburget had a similar deal.i went in person to get help.im not very tech savvy.the girl ended up giving me a meal free.that makes me see that instead of outback for deals just say WHATABURGER.
