Very very very SLOW!!! The service is slow. Workers are slow and chaotic. Food gets cold while waiting for them to ring me up. Terrible. I was in line for 30 mins ABSOLUTELY so RIDICULOUS! THEY NEED TO BE BETTER WND HAVE FASTER SERVICE

I’m not sure who the manager is or whoever answered the phone tonight at 9:35pm on Oct 24,2025 but he deserves an award! I have had issues with my previous orders so I called as I put my order in to inform them of the previous mistake. He was so kind and accommodating. He also instructed that if I ever have an issue with anything that I should call and he would gladly help! He was just very kind, professional, respectful and had great customer service!!! He deserves a raise!!!

It seems that there are mainly chicken dishes. Although many of them are similar, each one tastes delicious.
I hate Panda now. What the hell they have to change the spaghetti with orange chicken super spicy now? I am now never getting Panda Express ever again.
