Jakarah messing this place up. Slow to pack orders and too soft spoken for the kitchen to hear her call outs when food is low. Watched the line pile up as orders went unpacked and items ran out while kitchen was doing busy work instead of prepping the low dishes since they never heard her. Don't be to harsh on her, but definitely do some extra training, poor girl looked helpless as like 30 foam trays piled up next to her

The lady really was being greedy today she tried scamming my friend out of double portion prices when she ordered a regular plate. Then she said she have to go back and make the plate because her employee put to much. Ma'am that's not my fault I asked for a simple plate. You don't get to double charge if your employee put more on it then she is supposed to. Just tacky tacky about it.

Watch them ring up your items. The lady was trying to charge me for double portions when I stopped her the total was up to 19.00 and she had not finished. When I asked her how much was a plate she went on to try and say it was cheaper for the spring rolls that way. She took it off then added my son's club meal and spring rolls the total came out to 19.29 at that point. If I didn't watch her she would have gotten me for so much more. Predatory! beyond all means. It's Christmas time and your prices are already to much I could got a gift for my kid instead but I tried to help your employees with job security. Bad business here.

I went in around 230 in the afternoon while it wasn't busy. The food was delicious and the inside was clean and the employees were super nice and fast. I got a 2 entree plate and added a premium choice and spent less than $15 and i am so stuffed. I always love coming here.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are multiple tables that are wheelchair accessible.
They were extremely busy and actually forgot some of my order, but I wasn't charged for the wontons, spring rolls, or egg rolls that I ordered extra. I did think the large was a little excessive when it comes to the drinks, but I'm definitely not complaining. I love the fact that the drinks are huge. If they are going to be almost five dollars, might as well make it worth it, and they do. All in all,.it was amazing food and I'm gonna go back. I'm just gonna make sure that I get charged for and receive everything order this next time, regardless of the fact they may be so crowded people are smashed.into.one another and can't breathe.......must say something about the restaurant.

The customer service was unprofessional. The lady zumi that handled my order was not polite she asked for my order and then said hold on. She went about her business and then asked what I wanted and was rude about it. And the food did not taste fresh.

The manager Angela has no respect for customers at all! When I walked up to the counter one of her employees said “what do you want” after they rudely ignored a police officer for 15 minutes while he was standing in line. Then she had me stand at the side area for another ten minutes and by the time I sat down my food was so cold I really didn’t want to eat it. This is what’s wrong with this country people like this don’t need to be working for my favorite restaurant!
That you pay more with coupons for the same thing than without it feels fishy and scammy !!l Not being customer friendly at the cashier too always questions any discount or coupon even before checking that's greedy attitude if you try to intimidate coupon holder in public shame Dining advantage if you don't recognize it does not mean it does not exist but canceling them! Would rather waste a whole $20 worth of order over $1.50 dispute it's very dumb, wasteful too!

I had food door dashed. They always get my order wrong. I didn’t even get close to what I ordered except for the little bit of noodles. I ordered noodles with mushroom chicken and the new bourbon chicken. I got oranger chicken with grilled chicken with rice and noodles. They got my boyfriend’s order right. Rice with double orange chicken and an eggroll. Whatever kind of chicken I got. It was good now. It’s best to just go get your food from here than have it doordashed

I am highly distressed. As a healthcare professional, I stored my food in the refrigerator and now I am eating it during my lunch break. To my shock, there are insects with legs in my food! This is unacceptable and could potentially cause illness!

This location is usually busy, with a line of people to the door or close to it during peak hours. The staff is friendly and the food is yummy! I wish they would enlarge the kitchen and dining area to accommodate the crowd and possibly add a drive through. Many times I will place my order through the app to speed up the process. When I do, my order is always accurate and ready when promised.
