I’m not sure what the point of having a sign for online order pick up is when the people standing under said sign, waiting to get their bags that are sitting 5 ft away behind the counter, are ignored. Plenty of employees tending to the folks in line but we (me and the 3 others waiting to pick up our online orders that are already made and sitting on the counter just behind the register) don’t even get a glance until we call for your attention.

Food is typical...

The lady serving our food seemed pissed off the whole time with an ugly face. The that were supposed to be at the register were being loud in the kit hen area playing around and being obvious about neglecting their work. Also, the food just didn't taste the same as always.

A quick bite to eat, very salty, although good. The vibe is nice, learning about their corporate culture while waiting in line was interesting. I'll eat here more because they give employees so many perks.
