I asked for lemon for the tea and was told nope. Don’t have lemons. That’s funny cause usually I get lemons for my tea. Young lady at the window said nope. Don’t have lemons and just stared at us like we were from Mars. I said are y’all out and she said “we NEVER have lemons.” Period.
Wow. Never heard of such a thing. No apologies no explanation just a stare down. 😐
they always have an attitude, my order is never correct and when I ask for them to fix it they try to charge me for it.
Today, I purchased a smoothie that tasted like straight greek yogurt ,I took literally 2 Sips and asked to exchange my smoothie, cashier proceeds to give me a list of whys I can change my smoothie, manager finally comes to the windown and with an attitude proceeds to listen to us following by interrupting us then shutting the windown his name is Zack.
