I was recently in charge of lunch for my crew and my previous plan fell through last minute and I ran into the Valley Mills drive location and met the young man in charge and he was patient, helpful and an understanding GM he listened calmly to my situation and urgently jumped in to help me get my crew fed XO. The pizza was hot fresh and delicious as were the wings and breadsticks. The GM and his quick action yesterday saved my day. Papa John’s needs more GM’s like this young man. Truly my pleasure. We will be using his store again.

Horrible place...Pizza was doughy and undercooked.... Called manager and she hung up on us ... On top of all that I ordered a cookie, and received a brownie instead.... Would not recommend sour attitude from workers/management..... Better pizza better ingredients Papa Johns my A*!.... More like crappy attitude, doughy pizza Papa Johns... SMH if I pay $60 at least cook it all the way through!

I noticed the workers scratching her head and then putting ingredients on customers pizza with no gloves. It was literally disgusting. Not only that but she also touched the computer and dealt with ingredients and dough. I will never go back.

I’m so disappointed Carry out hours are for 11:30 but I show up at 10:40 and get told orders stop after 10. When store closes at 12 Had to go across town to a different store. Find new management or get with your team Unbelievable

I’ve been going to this Papa John’s my whole life, but after my last visit, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I stood at the counter for several minutes with no help, and when I called out for assistance, the manager came over with a rude attitude instead of just helping me. It felt really unprofessional and frustrating.
To make things worse, when I got home, neither of my pizzas were cut, and the toppings were thrown on so sloppily it looked like no effort was made at all. I’ve never had this kind of experience before from this location, and I hope this gets addressed because it’s really disappointing.

Ordered pizza at 8:15 pm and it's currently 11:15 and it still hasn't arrived. We have tried calling the store and have been put on hold four times. The 1st and 2nd was 20 minutes long. The 2nd 2 calls we were on hold for upwards of 40 minutes before we finally gave up due to no responses.
