I ordered 1 large works, 1 medium the meats, the driver showed up carrying my pizza like a briefcase. Once I opened the boxes to find my pizzas demolished. I called and spoke to the manager they said what would I like for them to do about it? I find that very unprofessional as they should of replaced my order and gave my money back as I spent over $65.00 for my order. It then took them another hr to get my replacement order to me. Once I got my order it wasn't even what I ordered in the first place. Needless to say I will not be back at ALL.

It was okay pizza. Nothing special. I dont like that they put the cheese over the meat. But thats my preference. It was done when expected. There was not a long wait. Employees met expectations. Will I return, probably not due to previous mentioned dislikes. Again, my opinion and my preference.

Food was handled with bare hands. Order was marked as ready in the system while they fixed the mistake of giving my pizza away. Nobody is wearing gloves and humans appear to be dirty.

I was recently in charge of lunch for my crew and my previous plan fell through last minute and I ran into the Valley Mills drive location and met the young man in charge and he was patient, helpful and an understanding GM he listened calmly to my situation and urgently jumped in to help me get my crew fed XO. The pizza was hot fresh and delicious as were the wings and breadsticks. The GM and his quick action yesterday saved my day. Papa John’s needs more GM’s like this young man. Truly my pleasure. We will be using his store again.
Yes the food is good but it's the management that's bad here. I waited for my order for an half hour all because of one employee working her butt off to complete my order and several doordash orders. Please have a two man team on night shifts papa John's management.

Horrible place...Pizza was doughy and undercooked.... Called manager and she hung up on us ... On top of all that I ordered a cookie, and received a brownie instead.... Would not recommend sour attitude from workers/management..... Better pizza better ingredients Papa Johns my A*!.... More like crappy attitude, doughy pizza Papa Johns... SMH if I pay $60 at least cook it all the way through!
