I’m giving this a 5-star review because of the outstanding employees who went above and beyond for my family. One woman, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, took a moment to tell my son that he had a great mom. As a single mother, that meant more to me than words can express.
Additionally, an employee named Colby noticed that another child had taken the prizes my son had rightfully won. When my son confronted the child, the youth denied it—while still holding the toys. Colby quickly stepped in, replaced the small prizes, and turned what could have been tears and disappointment into smiles and gratitude.
We are truly thankful for his kindness and for making our experience such a positive one.

We love the Pizza here!! But in all honesty they should have kept the old location and just made it better. It gets sooo packed it’s overstimulating not enough room to walk in the arcade area 20 parties going on, on a saturday not for the weak 🥴🥴

Food is good the one thing I don’t appreciate is I presented them military id n hazel always gives a hard time whenever we go over the id she says it’s supposed to have n expectation date on it never heard o that so I proceeded to show her the dd214 n she was hesitant to give us a 10% discount what more proof do u need don’t understand the rudeness with this

First time here. More tables than games or other activities, but i guess that's cool for parties and whatnot. I wish they had more games, however. The salad was mediocre. The pizza was good, especially the Alfredo pizza. The wings took 1st place by a long shot out of the the three, though. Paired with the ranch, the wings were extremely delicious! The bathrooms were a little on the dirty side but not too horrible. The customer service was very friendly and hospitable. Overall, this was a pretty good place to take my kids and/or throw s bday party for them. 4.5/5

To call and make a reservation for your party. Bixby suggest to me how many guests are gonna be there. I'm kind of making sure everything is taking care. Of you'll get a hostess. The hostess is supposed to make sure you have all your food and drinks. And everything's going fine. There's supposed to ease the chaos for you. So you think that after you want to go all of the trouble of making a reserase them that when the day comes they would be prepared well they surely were not. The Guess what about the serve?They had to go up and buy their own food because the hostess was doing nothing and I do mean nothing. I mean I never Seen any but I read about it on Google? Yes, it was ice cream and cake and just play games. Nothing like it used to be. It's terrible. It's terrible. It's terrible. I have no idea what happened. I don't know if it's the owners, if it's the workers. I don't know what's going on. But I'm so glad I can be grown. Because I wouldn't never, ever do more than one party at Peter Piper's. That is for sure we should have gotten. Everything a free considering the service was awful and I mean you make a reservation, there's going to be prepared and that 1 thing they were not was prepared for us on the reservation ridiculous.

This is a good place to the the kids have fun and eat pizza. Their pizza is delish.
Great place with great food but the little hispanic girl at the register is horrible. She leaves you standing at the register as if you aren’t there and when she does recognize you she still allows you to stand and wait for her to come help you. She acts as if she doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t want to be bothered. If this only happened once I wouldn’t be so bothered but it seems it happens every time with her. I think her name was Esse. She needs to do better.
