I absolutely love coming here, it’s one of my favorite places to go for date night. The lobster ravioli is my favorite and I highly recommend it to everyone. Their espresso martini is delicious, too.

Really good food and atmosphere! Their spaghetti and meatballs were great! Also their fried lasagna appetizer! The building and restaurant itself was also very cool! Great spot to spend an evening!

We were fortunate to take part in the Santa Margherita wine dinner recently and were blown away by how great everything was. The wines were great of course, but the food was unbelievable. There wasn't a single item on the special menu that we didn't find to be exceptional. The food was beautifully prepared and presented with perfect portions. The wine portions were also appropriate and paired very well with the food. We hope to return for many more of these events.

I do like it here, but the food so far has been subpar for the price. The menu is also a bit confusing to read, so my first time at the restaurant, we ordered happy hour items but were told we couldn't get happy hour pricing if we weren't at the bar (this was very unclear on the menu). I do like the happy hour, now that I understand it. The food I've tried has really missed the mark for me.

What I did not like: a 3% credit card surcharge. Considering that I paid almost $200 for 4 people, "but we want more" rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, excellent meal enjoyed by all. Best Fettuccine Alfredo I have ever had (but I won't top it with Italian Sausage next time). Peroni beer fits the Italian theme but is nothing special. Overall, top-notch food and atmosphere make this a great option when you feel like having a nice meal out.

We enjoyed it very much! The staff was the best part of the whole experience. They maitre d was so kinds to help us find a toddler shoe.

Parmesan chicken. It was so savory. The chicken was seasoned and fried well. The noodles weren'tt lackadaisical either. I recommend especially when it's a special. It's got good value.

~Italian sub sandwich. It was a decent sandwich. The meatballs were juicy and seasoned well. The bread was okay and the french fries were nothing special either.

!!mushroom ravioli. Holy moly! That brown butter sauce was the best dish we had there. The ravioli just soaking in the sauce made it a dream

Fyi. Wait to be seated.

Spectacular place. Great for date venue or works for family. The food is amazing. The Triple Delight was perfection, and the broccoli is a must have. As was the food, the staff was excellent, headlined by Gabby, who was just delightful. I will come back.

Kid-friendliness: My kiddo loved the place. Great local root beer had him raving.

I came in for dinner when I was in town visiting my daughter who lives in Waco and we had a wonderful night! The dining room is very pretty, I love the string lights and just the general atmosphere, very welcoming and warm.
From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly! Our server Emma was amazing, since I'd never been here she recommended some of her favorites - we tried the meatballs and the arancini to start and both were great. For dinner we went with the Salmon Primavera and the Chicken Piccatta, although I was eyeing the Ribeye Lasagna which also got good reviews!
Everything came out to the table quickly and the service was friendly and attentive.
On Emma's recommendation, "You have to try it Victoria's Way, though!", we also got the Italian Espresso Martini with peanut butter whiskey, and a Lavender Haze. I'm a little sad that we didn't save room for the panna cotta, but I guess that means we'll have to come back next time I'm in town.

Parking: Large, free parking lot in front of the restaurant.

I came into town for a short day trip and had to grab a bite to eat. Was unsure of what to get so decided to give Pignetti’s a try.

My dining experience at Pignetti’s was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, setting the stage for what turned out to be a culinary journey.

The menu boasted innovative dishes that piqued our curiosity, and we were delighted to try the lemon piccata waffles, lasagna rolls, chive oil potatoes, and the Pignetti’s omelette—all of which were expertly prepared and presented. Each dish showcased a perfect balance of flavors and textures, demonstrating a deep understanding of culinary craftsmanship.

What truly set this dining experience apart was the personal touch of the chef Angel. Not only did he and his team meticulously prepare each dish, but he also took the time to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. It's rare to find such dedication and passion in every aspect of a restaurant visit.

The lemon piccata waffles were a revelation, blending savory and citrusy notes in a way that delighted the palate. The lasagna rolls were a comforting indulgence, filled with rich flavors that left us wanting more. The chive oil potatoes were a perfect complement, offering a subtle herbaceousness that enhanced every bite. And the omelette was a masterclass in simplicity and execution, showcasing fresh ingredients cooked to perfection.

Service was impeccable throughout our meal, with attentive staff who anticipated our needs without intruding on our dining experience. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, making it the ideal setting for a memorable evening with friends.

Overall, My dining experience at Pignetti’s was nothing short of extraordinary. A massive thank you to the staff who care for us.

Beautiful atmosphere, great service, outstanding food. The noise level is pretty high. My only concern is the music selection. The music was more of a club atmosphere. Like a new age disco. Extremely, inappropriate for this type of restaurant. I would expect something more relaxing.
