Original Food choices were unavailable, quality of food and drink was not even presentable or edible. Exception the margaritas and pretzel were very good.

We are in Waco visiting. My husband booked a reservation for a New Year’s Eve dinner for our family a few days ago for TONIGHT! We arrived and there was a sign on the door they were closed New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, doors locked. We received a confirmation for the reservation TODAY!! We went to the front desk of the hotel. The nice gal told us the manager of Pivovar Restaurant decided to close the restaurant for New Year’s Eve just a couple days ago, but allowed people to continue booking reservations without any notification they were closed, because they didn’t know how to make a change on the website they were closed. They just allowed people to keep booking a reservation. She said many people had come into the hotel tonight with the same complaint. Do you want to go to a restaurant that will close last minute for New Year’s Eve without any notification?? We could not get another reservation because, of course, every nice restaurant was booked. Horrible management decision. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Past 2 visits the service and kitchen speed have been declining (even when not very busy). Hope to see it improve as we love this place.

The Schnitzel and the European Sausage plates were excellent. The setting and atmosphere made for a great start to the evening. Definitely will visit again when in Waco!

Adrian is a badass bartender and totally down to Earth. He made the time at the hotel and beer gardens absolutely worth the stay and comforting. The place wouldn't have been the same without him and his energy.

Casual, quality dining. Definitely recommend the schnitzel. If you can stand a little heat go for the Texas one. Czech beer is superb. Come with an appetite and enjoy.

We walked in with our dogs and were happy to find the there is an outside sitting. Angelina, our waitress, did a great job explaining the menu. My husband had one of the types of beer and was delighted with the flavor.
We’ll definitely come back to try other dishes!

We love to stop at Pivovar anytime we have the chance to do so in Waco. It's a family favorite. I highly recommend the Texas Pocket Schnitzel and the brussel sprouts.

This place is quite similar to European cuisine. Most of the food is delicious, and the grilled broccolini is absolutely amazing. They also have a kids’ menu — the mini burger is super cute!

Good food. Great location, right next to Magnolia silos. I didn't have any beer but everyone around us seemed to be enjoying it. Service is what you expect these days.
