Great food. Great service. Great place.
The Reuben sandwich was great and their beer was incredibly drinkable!
We had the schnitzel special Food was great and you can't beat the price! Dylan our waiter was great and offered great suggestions.
The Schnitzel and the European Sausage plates were excellent. The setting and atmosphere made for a great start to the evening. Definitely will visit again when in Waco!
Adrian is a badass bartender and totally down to Earth. He made the time at the hotel and beer gardens absolutely worth the stay and comforting. The place wouldn't have been the same without him and his energy.
Casual, quality dining. Definitely recommend the schnitzel. If you can stand a little heat go for the Texas one. Czech beer is superb. Come with an appetite and enjoy.
Food was amazing. Service was great and the servers were on top of everything. Very friendly fun place!!
We walked in with our dogs and were happy to find the there is an outside sitting. Angelina, our waitress, did a great job explaining the menu. My husband had one of the types of beer and was delighted with the flavor.
We’ll definitely come back to try other dishes!
We love to stop at Pivovar anytime we have the chance to do so in Waco. It's a family favorite. I highly recommend the Texas Pocket Schnitzel and the brussel sprouts.
This place is quite similar to European cuisine. Most of the food is delicious, and the grilled broccolini is absolutely amazing. They also have a kids’ menu — the mini burger is super cute!

What a visit!!!! #BeerSpa #BeerBath tasty brewed Lager yummmmmm
Good food. Great location, right next to Magnolia silos. I didn't have any beer but everyone around us seemed to be enjoying it. Service is what you expect these days.
Had dinner here, and just found out they ruined the menu by removing the best things that made it unique. No more Pivo burger with the jam and beer bbq sauce. All they have now is the most basic cheeseburger that has nothing exemplary about it. If you want a burger, go to In-N-Out or Bubbas, it seems this place has changed for the worse. Definitely not going back unless it’s for the beer or something that is absolutely good. Pass on this place with no unique offerings… Worst decision ever by the efficiency experts; way to ruin a unique establishment… Beer spa was very good, so get yours now for a lower price during the holiday months!!!!
Had a team dinner her for about 20 people. The food and service were great.
We went on a Saturday night during a non-football weekend, so it was not crowded. We had the Salmon and the regular schnitzel. Both were good. Tried 2 different beers, both were fresh and good. We had the creme cheesecake for dessert, a big slice which we split, also very good. Our server Noah was very personable, we enjoyed him. Prices were reasonable. Very nice ambience
