The manager here is awesome And definitely doesn't drink on the job, and if she did it surely isn't e&j vanilla with the white cap. She is super focused on her job and this place does like medium business it seems like, so I don't know why they seem so busy, I think they just work slow. Or maybe it's the (lack of) e&j vanilla with the white cap. Say hi next time

Very disappointed. Tried to order a cheese pizza with extra cheese. I ordered a med 3 topping pizza. wanted only extra cheese as 1 topping. but was charged $2.50 for extra cheese. So I asked them for my additional 3 topping on the side. Gave it to me in 3 small bags. I tried to explain them the scenario, but just brushed it off.

I ordered here tonight and it was honestly one of the WORST experiences I’ve had with them. The delivery was extremely late, and by the time the pizza finally arrived, it was COLD and DRY. The crust was overcooked and hard, and the stuffed cheese was completely stiff since it's cold. This was absolutely not worth it. I expected a fresh, hot pizza, not something that tasted like leftovers. Definitely rethinking ordering from here again. Please get better management, thank you.

This location is trash one of the employees was actually working and asked the other employee what she’s was doing and she said she is not busy meanwhile there is customers waiting for food over 30 minutes and me at the window waiting to order for at least 20 minutes she saw me and acted like I didn’t exist

This store is incredibly awesome I do eat pizza alot especially pizza hut but this store is amazing and the employees here do care and more so the customer service is here is great.

I went there for a pizza remake. Two employees might be managers not good ones if that’s the case, at the cash register not addressing customers and not working. But giggling with another employee when I left. If you are going to be the first point of contact have good customer service.

Ordered here to see if the pizza would be good, the pizza is cold, as if it was cooked sometime earlier, I had a similar problem at the bellmead location, they were beyond slow also, it was a very strange experience , as the box was just on the side table , when I asked the employee that my order had shown completed 15 minutes earlier. He then proceeded to put the desert in a box that had been sat on the table too. Could not recommend. Parking here is a joke.
