I have not eaten the food here but after experiencing the very rude and unprofessional atmosphere I will not be eating here anytime soon. Just came to pick up an order for someone and I was greeted with a scoul from I'm guessing the manager? Had to wait until he got off the phone. As I was leaving I smiled at an employee just to be greeted with another sour face. Very rude.

Placed an online delivery order from here 1111 S 8th St in Waco Texas thru app and when received our order but was missing salad. Door dash told us to call store. We called and got told we weren't charged for it but it's plainly on the ticket in front of me. The employee on phone acted like they didn't want deal with it and we got transfered and hung up on several times with no resolve. I know it may not seem like a big deal to many BUT I have worked in customer service for 31 years at my store and we just don't just blow people off like that. This will definitely be a factor in choosing Pizza Hut next time.

I spent a lot of money on this order, and when it got here there were items missing. I called the store 4 times, only to be hung up on each time! This issue has NOT been resolved, and I was never given a refund or Anything. I will have to go to the store in order to do so. I do not have the time, which is why I had to order delivery in the first place. PLEASE use CAUTION when ordering from this location. You might just end up losing out completely.

Ordered at 6:50 received a notification at 7:43 that it was “out for delivery” still waited and then called at 8:10 and they said food was ready but no one was there to pick it up and deliver it. So if wouldn’t have called then no one was going to call and update on the order?
