Amazing food. Loved the barbacoa and salsa bar. I left a purse full of valuables on the back of a chair and they held it for me for a few days. Could not be more thankful. Great food. Great people. Super clean.

We always get the 8 piece grilled chicken meal. It's always so delicious! The only thing we are disappointed in, is the fact that you don't have pico de gallo anymore?!? Why would you quit serving an important condiment like that? It was the best I've had Anywhere! Was even considering buying extra. So disappointed that you don't serve it now!
Good alternative to fried chicken. Healthier option than fried chicken from anywhere else.

I ordered the #2 with Bistec and a small Pepsi. Probably the best meal I have had in a long time. The food is so fresh and tastes amazing. I got mine to-go. Which is probably good or I would have ordered more rice. The rice is super flavorful and moist. Great service and value too. This one meal could easily feed 2-3 people.

Ya’ll. Writing this review because I am so grateful for the staff. I was visiting Waco (we live in Dallas) and when we got close to home I realized that I didn’t have my purse! The last place I had it was Apollo Regio so I called them and they said they had it!!! I had to return the following day though, and when I did they had it for me waiting. Nothing was touched and I had over $200 in cash and credit cards inside. Good people here, that’s for sure! Thank you!!!!!
