Very Very Disappointed in this restaurant!! We stood at the counter to order and 2 workers looked at us and kept going. Finally one came around looked at us and almost walked passed again and we said is anyone working to help us. She proceeded to say oh yeah I can help you. I’m like well you looked right at us twice so why didn’t you then. Took our order and 3 people came behind us and got their food way before us. We didn’t have a huge order either. Smh to feel profiled is crazy is fast food establishment now days!!

This place was super busy, as these spots always are. And for good reason. It's delicious, it's fast and efficient - what's not to love?Parking: It's just busy, but if all the spots are taken, drive around a time or two and one will open up.
My kids and I were craving some Cane’s so we stopped by the Franklin location. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a free small sauce because I forgot to order one for my son. We get takeout from this location very often and it’s always great. You gotta love that Cane’s Sauce.

I finally had my first visit to Raising Cane’s. The restaurant was busy and loud, but seating was easy to find.I just had three chicken fingers and an order of the sauce. It was set on the counter almost before I finished paying the cashier. That’s some fast service.I love chicken fingers. These were a good size and they were tender and juicy. I liked the taste of the breading. The meat was dense and was really kind of tasteless. Thank god for the breading and sauce. All in all it was not a bad chicken finger. Glad I gave them a try.

The manager that was working the Night Shift for today was disrespectful and ignorant, not only to her employees. She was also disrespectful to us as paying customers.
