Oh my where do I start? Greeter that sat us did her job. She was great. We got our menus and silverware. Waitress Keegan not so good. Slow slow I’m allergic to garlic and asked her to please put that on the ticket. And please make sure the cooks know. She was okay okay but then went and was talking to others. Had to ask her 3 times for some more tea. Robert served our food. My husband had to ask him for tartar sauce and ketchup. My potatoes had garlic on them. We asked for the manager and Elisabeth came out. Told her I was allergic to garlic and my potatoes had garlic on them. She said they didn’t. But she said they add seasoning to them. I asked her to go look at the ingredients on the seasoning. I asked if they could cook some and not put seasoning on them. She said yes and I told her I would like some without seasoning. About 15 minutes later. she came out with a new batch of crab legs. No potatoes. They wasn’t steamed enough and the meat was still attached the shell. Oh and they didn’t give me any crackers, wipes, extra plate for the shell or little fork either. That was all done by manager. She brought me crackers for crab legs but nothing else.. my husband asked her (since Robert didn’t bring any) for tartar sauce and ketchup again. She said she had to dig some up. By the time it showed up he had 4 shrimp left. Everything was cold by then. The Robert shows up with the little battery operated sweeper. Pushed it right around us. I was like okay he was going to the far side. He did and right back to us and bumped the leg of my chair. I jumped up and told go ahead and sweep under our table and I guess I was done with my half cooked and dusty now food now. He was like What? What’s the matter? No he could wait. I told him he should had thought about that before coming over to us with that sweeper. I’m also allergic to dust and now have a ticklely throat and sinus pressure kicking in. Could had been worse if I ate garlic I’d been at the hospital fighting for my life. We are done with Waco Red Lobster but they need to get better staff in there. I have a call into corporate and hopefully they will call me back tomorrow.
Our waitress Sonya is the sweetest. I’ve been having a really rough time lately and noticed me crying at our table. She brought me a dessert on a plate that says “smile you are beautiful” I wanted the people at Red Lobster know you have a really good worker. And I want you to let her know how much it meant to me.. the kindest soul. I hope you get everything in life that makes you happy Sonya.

We had a great experience today. We met up for my daughter's birthday (which we've done a number of times before at this restaurant). Our very friendly and personable server, Billy, saw a gift bag I brought in and asked if we had a birthday. I said yes but didn't discuss it further. We enjoyed our meals, and then Billy brought her an ice cream dessert PLUS a birthday card signed by all the staff. This was very unexpected, but such a nice gesture. Billy went above and beyond in providing a pleasant surprise for my daughter. Best service we've ever received at the Waco Red Lobster. Thank you! We will definitely be back again.

We had an amazing experience at Red Lobster thanks to our waiter, Jeremiah! He was funny, friendly, and provided some of the best service we’ve ever had. What really stood out was how wonderful he was with our kids—patient, kind, and genuinely engaging, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable for our family. He made us feel welcome from start to finish and kept everything running smoothly with a great attitude. Jeremiah is a true asset to this location, and we hope to have him again on our next visit!

I have to say they have turned things around. Restaurant doesn't smell bad anymore, new menu is good and the food is ten times better than before.
