We had a great experience today. We met up for my daughter's birthday (which we've done a number of times before at this restaurant). Our very friendly and personable server, Billy, saw a gift bag I brought in and asked if we had a birthday. I said yes but didn't discuss it further. We had an amazing experience at Red Lobster thanks to our waiter, Jeremiah! He was funny, friendly, and provided some of the best service we’ve ever had. What really stood out was how wonderful he was with our kids—patient, kind, and genuinely engaging, which made the whole meal even more enjoyable for our family.
