I stopped by Union Hall to give Roni’s a try since I’ve heard so many good things. Appearance of the food Is a 6/10. Taste is 3/10 at most. Cheese sauce has no flavor and watery. Now for the fun part, the overall experience was pretty unpleasant. There was also a strong odor near the bathrooms, and they didn’t appear clean — there were even visible messes on the floor - yes, there was a trail of turds and someone had taken a dump 💩 in the urinal. I've seen cleaner porta John's at Austin City Limits. I let the Union Hall staff know, but communication was difficult due to language barrier and it didn’t seem to be addressed. Overall, it made me question the cleanliness of the entire food hall. It's surprising the condition of this place given it's owned by a prominent business family in Waco. Also employees were barefoot and not wearing closed toe shoes behind counter. They even show it in a recent video. Really disappointed, because I was looking forward to trying Roni’s.

the owner is a scumbag who hits on the teenage girls who work for him. Don't give this creep your business.

Really good food- but the menu can be a bit overwhelming. I ended up with a drizzle of BBQ (which was good sauce), though it would have been better without any sauce at all. Staff is extremely helpful! My advice: keep it simple and you’ll love your order!

Me and my girlfriend went to visit a couple weeks ago during a slow part of the day and we talked to two amazing staff members named Kevin and Gracie they were so kind while we were ordering and our food came out amazingly. Thank you so much, will never forget.

Drove from Dallas to Waco to try this spot. I had to see what all the hype was about. Food was excellent and was worth the drive.

Wow. It was so good! I have seen Roni's Facebook videos so much and have ALWAYS wanted to try it. I stayed in Albuquerque last night and was perusing through GH and lo and behold...RONI'S showed up! I went relatively basic; Cheddar n Gouda (extra), Brisket, Mushrooms. I almost got breadcrumbs but didn't pull the trigger on that one. They sent regular garlic bread instead of cheesy garlic bread but I couldn't bring myself to complain because it truly was so good, I didn't want to waste my stomach space on bread instead of the mac. The next closest one to us is in Missouri (4 hours away) so it will be a while. But I can not wait to have it again! My sister in law lives in southern Alabama and I have officially informed her of the Auburn location and of my life changing mac experience! 10/10 recommend. PLEASE COME TO CHAMPAIGN-URBANA, ILLINOIS!!!

Me and my boyfriend always love to try the new spots in Abq.. this however was a let down..
The cheese can not creamy at all.. we got the mix of all cheese and it tasted like watered down craft honestly.
Additionally- the bacon in our Mac bowl had over 5 pieces of uncooked bacon fat.
Green chili also was essentially raw and in large chunks.
Overall … would say this place is overhyped and don’t believe it will last very long. 16$ for a bowl of mediocre Mac n cheese.. no thanks. Save your money

Food was delicious. Staff was nice. Only downside is it’s located in a food court and They have you order on kiosk. So I couldn’t ask for recommendations. When you drive over an hour kinda expected a little more than ordering on kiosk. Gives you the build your own bowl options first . Be sure to scroll down to see their other options. It was a busy court. I imagine weekends are wild. But overall the bowl was cheesy and flavorful.

Can’t go wrong with Mac and cheese. Large portion, you pick your add-ins and select desired cheese level.
Parking lot was full but worth it.
