Roni's Mac Bar - Waco

I mean, the food tasted fine and all. But the atmosphere was kinda disappointing. After watching the TikTok’s and being excited to try this place for almost 2 years now, or something like that. The experience was just kind of off.

Of the 3 Roni's Mac Bar locations that I've been to, this one is by far the best in terms of taste. They're all good, but this one clears as #1.

Can’t remember how many times i’ve eaten here just passing through, always a stop I make for the macaroni, plenty of options to choose from including different cheese to add on top and meat, food comes out pretty quick and always hits the spot, if your in Waco or even just passing through, you’ve got to stop and get some Roni’s Mac n Cheese!

This was my first time eating here. Great food! It’s a good portion and it’s good quality. I got regular Mac and cheese with brisket and garlic parmesan drizzle. I personally didn’t like the garlic parmesan drizzle just because it gave it a strong flavor, nothing to do with the quality of the restaurant or food though! The guy working the counter was really nice too.

I stopped by Union Hall to give Roni’s a try since I’ve heard so many good things. Appearance of the food Is a 6/10. Taste is 3/10 at most. Cheese sauce has no flavor and watery. Now for the fun part, the overall experience was pretty unpleasant. There was also a strong odor near the bathrooms, and they didn’t appear clean — there were even visible messes on the floor - yes, there was a trail of turds and someone had taken a dump 💩 in the urinal. I've seen cleaner porta John's at Austin City Limits. I let the Union Hall staff know, but communication was difficult due to language barrier and it didn’t seem to be addressed. Overall, it made me question the cleanliness of the entire food hall. It's surprising the condition of this place given it's owned by a prominent business family in Waco. Also employees were barefoot and not wearing closed toe shoes behind counter. They even show it in a recent video. Really disappointed, because I was looking forward to trying Roni’s.

Food was OK reminds me of eating at the High school cafeteria .. 1. They’re online three dollar promotion did not work at this location 2. I Was just disappointed overall with food once we got it and lack of help with the kiosk ordering that was broken 3. A very loud place to eat .. I DO NOT LIKE GIVING BAD REVIEWS This was one that earned one ..

I may just not like mac n cheese, but even my kids didn't like it.

This was my first time ever trying Roni's Macaroni Bar and I wad highly impressed. My first thought was how can you make a meal out of Macaroni and cheese. But I was proven wrong. I added a few different proteins and veggies to my bowl and it tasted amazing. It filled me up to where I couldn't even finish my bowl. It was very flavorful and good. I highly recommend trying it out. You won't be disappointed.

I bought the Roni’s Membership Halloween Drop and it was a total scammy experience. They advertised it as $20 in gift cards plus coupons — but there are no gift cards at all, just a bunch of useless coupons you can’t even use together.
Nothing in the fine print says you need to make another purchase or that you can’t combine them, but the app blocks you from doing so anyway. I emailed twice and got no reply, so clearly they don’t care about feedback.
Super misleading promotion — feels like false advertising more than anything. Don’t waste your money.

OMG food so good make you wanna smack yo Mama, I'm sorry Mama I was just kidding but the food is delicious 😋 I tried the brisket Mac and cheese and it didn't disappoint, it was da truth/da bomb!
