Where to start? First 10 minutes of waiting only to find out they were out of pepper jack cheeses and the brisket wasn’t ready. So then apology #1. Then 10 minutes later still nothing, apology #2. Oh wait, they had no brisket so the bag of frozen brisket gets opened and cooked. So then 30+ minutes later here comes brisket mac without pepper jack and alfredo substitute- not quite what was ordered. To bad. Big hopes, but I’d say go to the other mac bar around the corner. And last but not least, to go orders seem to move a lot faster then the clock on the big screens. So if you still want to give it a try, get it to go not dine in.

I asked every employee about the viral video that came from this location and they all had no clue what I was talking about. They did not attempt to help me. They could care less about me as a customer. The entire time I was asking for help They just stared at me like I was annoying them. I drove all the way from San Marcos for nothing. I have never had such a bad experience. They had 3 employees standing around drinking instead of trying to help me. The customer service and lack of professionalism has ruined my experience and I will never come back. The only one that was working was the young man I applaud him. Everyone else should definitely learn how to speak to customers.

Went twice. The first time 30-40 before closing they were out of noodles and not making more. Came back over lunch the next day and no cheddar sauce. Traveling with kids who had seen it on food network. Ended up getting Alfredo to go which no one really liked. The food was fine but for us not the “destination” experience we were hoping for.

The food was pretty good, but they switched the sauces of mine and the person I was with, so it totally changed the way my bowl tasted. Considering that it was inputted on a kiosk, I don’t get how this happens.

Youtube brought me to Waco to try and the food was good other than 2 things. Mac bowl was a lil dry and needed a bit more seasoning. It could've been from what I ordered but I would consider it mid. It is inside Union Hall for anyone looking to go! I still think it is worth going if you're on your way to Waco. Thankfully I was just passing through
