We are a BBQ loving couple and we were very happy with the brisket being very moist and hit great with our potato. All the food was great in temperature, and delicious. Tables were clean, service was A+, and plenty of parking.

Service was quick and more than satisfactory. They have the best bbq and bbq sauce in all of Texas. And got to sit outside with my meal the atmosphere was calming. It was a bit pricey so I think they could come down just a little but it definitely didn’t disappoint!Parking: There were plenty of spot close to all 3 entrances! They had parking for the restaurant part and for the gas station part.Kid-friendliness: The kids that were there seemed to be enjoying the food themselves.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes 2 ramps for wheelchairs this place is also a gas station.

Finally!!!First time in Texas.., Rudy’s finally got the perfect combo of a gas station, and really good food!Anyone else tired of stopping for gas and just getting donuts and sodas well now you can get good barbecue! And relax with a nice meal !Wish they were around the country in more locations !!I got the baked potato with brisket… Cheese and butter… Spent 10 bucks on an amazing meal! I also grabbed a little coleslaw and threw it on top just to make it interesting and wow was it delicious with their sauce on it!!!The regular sauce, not their sissy sauce has a little kicked to it but it’s delicious !!!The atmosphere is fun and clean ! Great service and staff as well. Very friendly.
I guess you have to come to this place to try Texas BBQ. It looks like a really simple dish to put on bread, but it's a great brisket.

Wow wow wow! The staff was so friendly and informative- they even gave us samples of their meats. The MOIST beef brisket is amazing- the turkey melts in your mouth and the cheddar sausage is the bomb dot com. Wish I lived closer, I would be here weekly. Ask for Nick, he will treat you well.

If you’re looking for a great example of Texas BBQ, Rudy’s is not it. I ordered 2 chopped beef sandwiches for myself and a friend, and I’m still tasting it a day later, and not in a good way! The meat was over smoked and had way too much sauce on it. If you’re going to order a chopped beef sandwich, I suggest ordering one without sauce, and adding yourself if you so choose. I barely made it through half the sandwich before I threw away what was left. Be careful what you order at Rudy’s. It may stick with you much longer than you’d like!
Pretty good moist brisket although the texture was a bit rough feeling in parts despite being very moist. The banana pudding is great as well as the buttermilk pie, also the person working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you! The turkey was some of the best turkey I have ever had, amazing job on that!
