Decided to eat here during a visit to Waco. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. The food was great. Will come back on Saturday when they have live music.

Salt, salt, and more salt. Didn't really eat the food I ordered because the food was SO salty it was unbearable. My husband, the salt lover... even he couldn't eat it. That is how salty it was (pickles & fries). I also ordered sliders. This beef is LESS than 70/30. This stuff was premix skillet meat or straight precooked freezer stuff...it was that bad. BAD. An owner came out multiple times seeing containers full of food the whole time there & didn't notice. Waitress asked if we wanted to go boxes & I honestly told her there is no way I want this to go. She offered to get a manager & honestly I didnt want to argue or even be given a discount. It was so bad I just will never be back & wanted to leave. I think the waitress took $5 off meal out of embarrassment. The price went from $44 for two people...one beer & one wine margarita, sliders, fried pickles, & catfish. Not much down off original price... so it went down to $39. Honestly I felt bad she did that....it wasn't her fault. Left her full bill tip. I honestly dont know how their stars are so high unless they have reviews removed or they have a known dish you better order because that is the only one they do well. I will give them that their catfish was good. Clean & not overly cooked or salted. That's all. Very disappointed & I sooo wanted it to be good :(

Great service, just be aware some waitress are under 18 and can't bring you your beer. The food was good tasted homemade. Can't wait to try the burgers.

The Chicken Fried Steak Potato is amazing! The portions are large and they put layers of cheese throughout the potato! My kids enjoyed the chicken and steak fingers and my husband highly recommends the Red Barn Burger and gravy covered fries! Great atmosphere and friendly service were a bonus! We will be back!

The best local place for Bosqueville and China Spring! My favorites includes Lovie's Chicken with onions/mushrooms and cheese on top. Great comfort food. The best local burger - my favorite is the swiss mushroom burger.

The batter on my chicken fried steak was super thick and then not cooked all the way through. I had to peel off most of it in order to make the chicken fried steak edible. Also my friend who ordered the fried pork chop could barely cut his it was so tough. Also in point of fact it did not seem to be a chop as it had the small bones in the middle. I believe the chop is supposed to have one bone. That might've been why it was so tough

Great food. Always freshly prepared. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend you try this restaurant and bar. Very well decorated as well.

The whole family enjoyed their tasty food dishes and desserts. Lovely and warm inside and friendly staff and reasonably checks to see how we were doing. I'll be coming back. One stall each, but clean.

Really good food. Service a bit slow. The Server should let people know about the specials or inform customers of the chalkboard and TV menu. We will definatly go back. The Rusty Nail burger was amazing along with the loaded fries.

I debated on writing this review. I really want Rusty Nail to succeed, so hoping this will influence the owners. Pros: Restaurant is clean, staff is friendly and have always had great service. Con: Quality of the food. Most recent visit: Companion had burger & fries. She did not care for the burger. Said the hamburger patty did not taste like beef. I've had the fries before, and don't care for them. They are strange to me. Child had corn dog and mac & cheese. She ate the corn dog, but did not like the mac & cheese. Only ate a bite or two. I had the 2 steak finger dinner w/dinner salad & baked potato. Salad was fine. Liked the ranch dressing. Baked potato tasted and appeared to be old. Only ate a few bites. Steak fingers were not good. Ate one and took the other home to my dogs. All had iced tea & it was good. Owners. PLEASE address the quality of the food. I've dined at you establishment several times, and have not enjoyed my meals.
