They have a vegetarian menu with several vegan options. Family run, both things I have had have been delicious. I think this is my favorite vegan food in Waco!

Sunday evening and they were packed. Somehow we still were seated within 10 minutes. Despite having only 2 in the whole place waitresses, we had no trouble getting our order placed quickly and the food was very good. Vegetarian samosa was the best I've had in a very long time.
Update: The new location is very bright, clean and welcoming! Saffron seems to now have a bigger menu and the staff is still very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.
We tried Saffron for the first time and it was awesome! The food was delicious and the staff made great recommendations!! We had the Paneer Pakoras, Karachi Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala.
