Quality is hit or miss. We loved them when they first opened, but things have changed, prices went up, and now they won't reimburse me for ordering at the wrong location... which somehow reverted to "nearest" location after I'd already picked our "favorite" location in the app. The people at the store told me I could just reorder and they would reimburse me through the app, but instead I paid twice for a mediocre wrap. Sad, since they already closed the other location we went to.

The burrito was cheap and now I know why barley any eggs and the potatoes where burnt .it was really cold and the tortillas were very chewy. The coffee was okay but it was like warm and they put way too much half and half

Went by this morning with my 16 year old to try the iced coffee. I place part of my order & then my daughter was asking me about adding a flavor, causing me to miss the man asking for a name for my order. When I asked for it to be made with almond milk, he yelled at me, "CAN I GET A NAME FOR THE ORDER?" He was so loud & sounded so frustrated that it startled me & out of reflex I said, " oh, sorry, yes, Karmen:". As we pulled forward my daughter reminded me to add the flavor. When I got to the window I was relieved to see a different person and not the screaming man! The lady gives me my total & I asked what flavors they had that could be added. She looks at me and says, " it was on the menu back there but", and lists a few flavors. I said, OK can we add French vanilla please & she huffs & rolls her eyes as she turns back to the register to add the flavor to our ticket. I waved at them and said nvm. I will NOT return to this place & hope to prevent others from being treated this way. I pray that whatever they are going thru that causes this within them, that the Lord fixes it for them and that their days are happier. P.S. why not ask for a name for the order before the order is started rather than halfway thru the order?

The Switch Bit
I used to really enjoy this place but my recent interactions have left a bad taste in my mouth(literally). Some customer service training for the morning staff would be nice. Both of my less than ideal interactions were with someone named Maya. The first time was recently I was asked if I wanted to give a dollar for some charity and when I said no there was an audible sound "hmmmmph" sound of disapproval. I was shocked.
This morning though I ordered cold brew as I always do, and it was very watered down. I usually love the cold brew. It tasted like tea, not coffee and was lighter than usual. I came back around to the window and let her know my concerns very nicely. . She seemed as if I was making it up, had no desire to fix the issue and kind of just had an ok......... whatever.... kind of attitude. It was weird. Please ? ? ? train your staff how to have better customer service. I love the breakfast there but I can't keep going if that's the level service I should come to expect. I just drove to dunkin after getting two coffees at Salad and Go so I can get a coffee that tastes like a coffee.

Convenient, healthy, delicious! The prices are so good it feels illegal. So refreshing compared to all of the other outrageously priced fast food places in Waco. Husband and I are regulars and huge fans, don't ever change!

Went twice so far during my lunch. I'm happy to have a fast food option that's both healthy and delicious! Their salads are a good size and reasonably priced. Their drinks are also very delicious!

Our first visit, and we absolutely loved it! What a great little system they have. We will be coming back many more times!
