let me just say i had the best meal in the world at salkgrass the steak melted in my mouth the waiter cannon was the best server he did his job my mom and i go here from time to time and we have to share a steak cannon never looked down on us cuz we were sharing the mood in the room was beautiful the manager is doing his job the waiter cannon was professional beyond and last but not least in this kind of job cooking steaks and things mostly are men but i found out it was a woman that cooked our steak yall need to give that lady a raise no doubt i will be back

I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Rosie at Saltgrass Steak House. I actually traveled from Dallas, and I can confidently say she made the visit more than worth it. Her customer service was truly exquisite from start to finish. She kept everything moving at a perfect pace, making sure our table was always taken care of without ever making us feel rushed. Rosie was incredibly kind, super friendly, and her amazing smile made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude really stood out. Because of her outstanding service, she’s someone I would gladly recommend to anyone, I would specifically invite myself, my family, and my friends back just to be waited on by her again. Rosie is a true example of what exceptional customer service should look like.

Went to Saltgrass on Valentine’s Day, and even though it was packed, the service was excellent. Christina called me personally when a cancellation opened up—so appreciated! And Krissy, the manager, is always kind and helpful. Despite the holiday rush, the team made everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This place was superb!!!! The waiter, the hostess, the manager, the food everything was Top level. I took my mother out for dinner. We originally went to Logan‘s and service was horrible. we left!!!!!! but soon as we got here, the hostess was so kind. The waiter catered to our every need. The manager was wonderful and the food was so delicious. I will definitely be back to this saltgrass. It was just beyond what I expected.
