We had an amazing experience at Saltgrass tonight. Our server, Dora, was phenomenal. She was so attentive, caring, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. We absolutely loved her and will definitely be asking for her again. Highly recommend!

This was my husband’s and I first time at this steak house. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!! Our server Hunter made our experience wonderful! He was very attentive, always checked on us, and brought out our items at a nice pace to enjoy each of our food items. He was kind the entire time and patient, I really appreciate him and he is a wonderful worker! The food was hot and delicious. The flavor of the steak was immaculate 🤩 We’re coining back of that steak soon! Thank you all for the wonderful food , service, and experience! (Would post photos of food but we ate it immediately oops)

Ok please do not cover the mashed potatoes in pepper corn or gravy ! Some people prefer to to put just regular pepper on it !!! it’s over kill! , potatoes you could stand a fork in and also no sugar in gravy ! I’m a diabetes and the taste ruins it ! The waitress was wonderful asking to send it back she treated us great ! But After we visited a place this killed a returned for us ! This was our second time ! Please tell cook no pepper corn on everything !after getting home I had a few more ! Heart burn set in not good ! Like I said over kill on peppercorn !! Didn’t ask for it and shouldn’t be on it ! Over priced yes if it does this to a person !

This is a good Saltgrass location. There have been the occasional mistakes, but they fix them no hassle. I've always had good service here, but the star for that is Dora. Does an excellent job.
Today for our wedding anniversary we got the porterhouse and also the ribeye, both about $45 each. These were the most mediocre steaks we have ever had. They basically had no flavor, just cooked and handed to us. We only took a couple bites and took the rest home in hopes we can just add seasoning and attempt to salvage them. Our appetizer was also brought to us completely burnt. And not even just a nice char, they were hard to eat because they were hard and crisp. For being a steak house, they cannot cook steaks! Massive waste of money and we could have gotten way better steaks for way cheaper. Definitely won’t be returning for any kind of steak.

The deliciousness of our meal was only surpassed by the attentiveness and care of the service. We had a family dinner with a large party and all enjoyed their meal and the server was patient and professional in the manner with which he served us. Our drinks were kept full, special orders were accommodated, and the service was well timed.

We were visiting from Georgia. We had planned on going somewhere else to eat, but this place came highly recommended. Im sad to say I was VERY disappointed. Our server didn't seem to know much (which he could have been new), but my husband got a 6oz filet med rare and it was horrible. He works in meat and seafood and it was an absolute terrible end cut. Half was way overcooked and the other was decent at best. Asked if they had steak fries and was told yes, they were regular and overcooked as well. Me and my mom got the country fried steak. My mom's looked and tasted burnt and my mashed potatoes were cold. I asked the server for different ones and he brought them out but they were steaming so much, im sure they just tossed some in the microwave. Overall just disappointed on every level. We don't mind spending good money for a nice meal, but id like it to at least taste good for what we spent
