I’m on a special diet and the manager would not work with me at all. I wanted just a ribeye and they were too lazy to work a deal to take off some money for the sides. I called up walk-ons across the street and they hooked me up. Go there instead of here. Management at other chains usually always works a deal for me due to my dietary needs. My wife got the chicken fried chicken and the gravy was too salty.
Dietary restrictions: For being a steak house they have no dietary options for someone who only eats meat.

Today, I ordered a hill country salad as a pick up. When I arrived home and took it out of the bag,they had placed my cups of dressing directly on top of the salad and there were several pieces of brown lettuce. I was disappointed because I had eaten this salad inside the restaurant about 2 months ago and really looked forward to having it again,plus I paid almost $20 for it. I did call back and talk to a manager,Liz.

I went to eat dinner this Sunday and Tirza was my server. She was very polite and helpful. She was consistently refilling my drink and taking out any plates out of way. She was by far a great server. The food was also great too.

This was a very disappointing restaurant visit. My daughter and I walked in and were seen by a waitress who not only did not greet us but immediately turned away from us. There was no hostess and very few customers. After a few minutes, the hostess finally showed up. We were eventually seated in an empty part of the restaurant. We sat there for another few minutes reviewing the menu. While reviewing the menu, something (looked like old sauce of some kind) got all over my hand. We never had a waiter or waitress visit the table, so we left. We have been to this location several times but will never return.

The service was good and so was the atmosphere. The food was OK. It was cooked to order I just don't think I was a fan of their flavors.
Steaks are always good, but service is a hit or miss.. you do not get discounts just 1 free dessert if they mess up no matter how big the mess up is.. They missed up our order (never brought 2 of our streaks) advised waiter, he said ok.. waited 15 min.. still no steaks, only had the sides) called the manager, advised her we never got the other 2 steaks, found out they were never order .. wait 10 more mins.. so as a family we did not eat together cause half had food the others did not; it was a family celebration.. now I’m upset.. finally get all the food.. get the bill it’s $125.. there is no discount for their screw up. made us wait, treating us like it was our mistake.. They tell us they can’t do anything about their screw up but we can give you 1 free dessert.. (who wants 1 dessert, you forgot 2 peoples orders) I just spent $125 and no apology given.. at least you could have taken 10%.. Thank you for ruining my family celebration.. And for not answer my email about my complaint.

Went to a birthday dinner and the servers were good the food was salty, my brother ordered a crown and coke and it was basically coke., the other party had the same drink came with somebody’s lipstick on it. The worst experience ever . Normally it’s been good but It put an impression on me and our out of town family. Never again.

I had a terrible experience at this location. It took close to 1.5 hours to receive my entree and when I did the chicken was undercooked. The service was also subpar. The waiter was very inattentive. There were several tables that came in close to 30 minutes after my party’s arrival that received their food and left before we received our food. I will not be back to this location.

Updated 8/3/2024: I've been here a few times and this last time left me pretty disappointed. My mom and I came here at about 3:40, and there weren't many people. There was no one at the podium when we walked in, but there was a waitress just at the bar that saw us come in but turned right back around after seeing us. We waited for a couple more minutes until she finally came out and asked us how many were in our party, which were only two. Then a different hostess came up and finally got us seated. We were seated in an empty area, and we waited for over five minutes for someone to greet us, but no one ever came. We finally decided to leave after over 20 minutes. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but I'm really disappointed in this visit.
It was pretty busy when we came, but we were given a table pretty quickly. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I even accidentally left my glasses and I had to come back to get them, and they were very quick to find them!
