2 people running the entire store and definitely handling business! The sandwiches weren't bad, although the turkey was so smoky it was fake tasting. Potato soup lacked flavor.The reason for the 2 stars was cost. $75 for 4 meals, 2 with soup substituted for chips, and a kid's meal. If you're charging that much get those superhero employees of yours some help, and I expect a full sit-down meal experience. I haven't eaten here since I was a teenager and will not return at those prices!

Service was TERRIBLE yesterday at lunch. People were waiting more than 30 minutes to get their food. Several, including me, asked for our money back and we left. There was a point in time where NO ONE had their food that was inside the restaurant, and there were about 6 tables of groups of people.

Driving through Waco, we decided to have Schlotzsky's for dinner. We tried to dine in, but the lobby was closed. We called, & they advised that only the drive-thru was open. We talked to Wesley & explained that we were towing our RV & couldn't come through the drive-thru. We asked to order over the phone & walk up to the window to pay & get our food. We appreciated that Wesley was happy to accommodate us! We also appreciate the young man who answered the phone originally. He wasn't sure what to do, & rather than blowing us off, he found someone who could help. Add to that, that our food was absolutely delicious, & it was a great experience! I had the Original, & my husband had the Roast Beef sans onions. Both were correct & delicious! Wesley & his team are doing a fantastic job providing excellent customer service & food! Well done. ?

Very slow service and the cashier wasn’t properly trained. He didn’t know anything about the menu or even if the sandwiches are warm or cold. I ordered an Original and a calzone and the food was hastily put in my to-go bag with no napkins.And it was very expensive, over $30.

Always busy but the staff gets everyone taken care of as quickly as they can without messing up orders.Parking: Free parking but not many spaces at all. Can be tricky depending on how busy they are and if the drive thru line is backed up or not. But definitely worth stopping for the original sandwich!
