Great place and manager when I stopped Thursday, I asked for something suger free pick me up and not boiling hot and I got the best suger free white mocha blended …wow perfect and very great service very pleased Scoot on around !

Went to Scooters for the first time today in CS. Was glad we had another option besides Starbucks. Unfortunately the experience left a bad taste in our mouths.
First, the service was not great. I understand you have to staff with young kids who probably barely care if they provide a good experience or not - but if Chick fil A can do it, I assume others can too. Since it was our first time, we were unsure what to order so we asked a few questions. The girl was helpful at first, but I assumed she stopped caring because she stopped talking to us at all - even when we ordered. We waiting about 5 minutes before we decided to pull up to the window and had hoped she got our order. Luckily she did, and had provided us the two sugar free coffees and breakfast sandwich we had ordered. She said absolutely nothing to us.
Was I expecting 5 star superior customer service? Not necessarily, but I usually expect some sort of interaction. Every other coffee place I've been to in town has been super helpful for our first visit, helping us decide which coffee we would enjoy best.
Second issue was the coffee and food. The coffee reminded me of something you could make at home. Perhaps Scooters is better know for the sugary drinks, so take this review as you would. It's possible I'll try again when I'm feeling like indulging in a full sugar drink, but in my experience sugar free coffee can be good (starbucks and 7brew have decent tasting options).
The last issue was the food. Me and my wife split an everything bagel sandwich, and it wasn't inedible, but it definitely wasn't great. It tasted slightly less better than a Jimmy Dean microwave breakfast sandwich. Once again, I would like to try something else on my menu before I would say the food is bad, but for my first experience, it wasn't great.
Overall I want to give this place another try, as there may be other menu options I do like. The thing I can't get over is the service. I would hope they train their staff to be a bit more hospitable, especially to first time customers.
This could be a fluke, so take this review in aggregate with the other reviews if you choose to try Scooters.

Can we Not?
Hands down the best! Definitely my go to coffee spot. Great drinks at a reasonable price, especially with the rewards program. The staff is super welcoming too.
Takes forever to get a drink here. 3 cars in front of us and waited 20 minutes. That is not conducive to good buisiness especially when prices are no different than star bucks accross the street. And said cars only got 2 drinks each.
