Went again to Secret Chef and had a terrible experience, Went and got my 3 items and went up to pay, Put in my number and SHOULD have got my $5.00 off they had sent to me and should be logged to every person they send too but NO they DON'T keep track and claim they need some number off the notice. The woman had a very negative attitude and I didn't argue and I will never spend another Dollar in their establishment... I will go elsewhere and spend my money where they appreciate me as a customer!!!!🤬

The food portion is enough for two meals for me…so the cost is good. And very tasty! But…every order has a mistake and I have to call them. (Now they don’t answer seeing it is me.). WHY don’t they check the order before delivery? Either they credit me or give something for free. I don’t like that for me and I don’t like that for them. Sadly, I will not be returning.

Great homemade food for when you don't want to cook. Favorites: banana nut bread, strawberry cake melts in your mouth, grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, chicken enchiladas, chicken spaghetti, squash medley.I like to support this business, Billy gives back to the community. It is a blessing to our food ministry.

We had Secret Chef cater a lunch at our business and first off I have to say the food was amazing! The portion size was perfect and everyone really enjoyed it. I really appreciate Billy for working with us to make it happen! Overall I was super impressed with Secret Chef and will definitely make sure to contact him next time we have an event.
My husband and I have been going to another meal prep place for months and decided to try secret chef for a change. Since then, we’ve decided we are not going back to the one we’ve been going to before we discovered secret chef!!! The flavors and seasonings of each and every food item is amazinnng! The quality of the food is great as well! The quality of the Meal preps from the last place we were going to wasn’t as great as the quality of the meal preps here. So glad we decided to try secret chef!!

My dad is in his 80's and buys most of his prepared meals from HEB and Secret Chef. His short term memory, due to a couple of accidents resulting in a traumatic brain injury, coupled with his age, is not the best. My sister and I were cleaning out his refrigerator (to get rid of the old food) and we noticed that NONE of the Secret Chef items were dated with a prepared/use by date. NONE. That is just INSANITY. A reputable company would want to do anything to keep their consumers safe and realize they are selling to a variety of patrons with different needs. We threw everything out....who knows how many dollars he wasted that week. NO FOOD should be sold without a prepared/use by date. NONE!! I honestly don't know how they get away with that.
