This is one of my favorite spots in Waco! The owners Armando and Courtney are awesome. They definitely know their wine and have a top notch selection of Spanish and other wines from around the world. The food, prepared by Chef Armando, is delicious! Traditional Spanish dishes that never miss! They offer live music most nights, and the overall vibe is great. It is definitely a must for anyone looking for a place to hang or even bring a date downtown. 5 stars! Cheers!

My 2nd visit was a wine tasting. It was fun, but she didn't tell us what pairs with the wines , and they didn't provide water to clean our pellets between samples.

Segovia is much more than a wine bar. Their food is awesome too. We literally felt like we were back in Spain and Portugal sitting on the patio eating delicious Pintxos and Portugese wine. Plus the owner is super personable and welcoming. Absolutely love this place! And you can bring your dog to their patio. Run, don’t walk!

The patatas bravas here are better than the ones I had in Spain. So crispy and fresh. My girlfriend and I were basically arguing on who got to eat the last one. Our bartender was very helpful in finding us a good wine to try as well. I'll go back the next time I'm in Waco, for sure.

Darling place with great live music! The wine listing was quite impressive as were the tapas. Gina, our server, was so friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered a plethora of tapas, and each would be something I plan to order again! What a treasure of a place to find!

The good: the food was very well balanced and flavored, except the flatbread (would not recommend).
The bad: 1) Super uncomfortable seating, unless you’re lucky enough to sit at one of the two normal tables with normal chairs. 2) the wine is inflated by over 100% from purchase in store or online. The bottle we chose was inflated 133% in price! Considering 1 & 2, the ambiance was not worth the price.
