A friend and I went on Saturday evening and had a great time! I got a flight of red wine and she did white wine. All from Spain or Portugal and very good. We shared some tapas that were delicious! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the wine and food! It’s in a very good location downtown close to the Silos and Dr. Pepper museum. We had no trouble finding parking. We will be back for another girls night!
The great reviews led my wife and I to drive to Waco from Belton to give Segovia a try. So glad we did! The food was fantastic. The Patatas Bravas rivaled anything we had in Barcelona or Madrid! We also tried the Tortilla de Patatas, Albondegas and Pinchos Morunos...we would order all again. Our server, Felise, was wonderful and provided the most attentive service I can recall. Courtney, one of the owners, stopped by our table twice to check on us. She was delightful....
Segovia is a hidden gem among the busyness of Waco’s growth. This is more than a dinner restaurant - it’s a great dining experience. Courtney’s knowledge of wines paired with their amazing meals and tapas made for a great evening. So good we went back the next night for live jazz. Don’t miss this place!
