Add Segovia to your list of places to eat/drink in Waco!! The venue is darling, service is top notch (thank you to Courtney), and the wine and tapas are perfection. I can’t wait to go back for Saturday jazz music. Segovia is a hidden gem that exceeded our expectations at every turn! Thank you so much Courtney for what you and your husband have created in Waco.
An amazing place to sit, drink, eat and enjoy! The food and wine are both exceptional. I had the patatas bravas and they are the best potatoes I have ever had :) I also had the tuna salad pintxo, which was excellently seasoned. The environment reminded me of a European bar, where you can sit, eat and drink after work or for hours on the weekend. They also had live Jazz which was so nice to listen to while enjoying our meal!
Fantastic place! Knowledgeable staff and an obviously talented chef. Probably the best croquetas I’ve ever had, and every dish was amazing. Their wine list is unparalleled. If a Michelin star means “make a side trip to eat here” they deserve one.
