“Went there for the first time on Thur 6/19/25 for a sno cone. When I paid my card was charged twice I only noticed because I happened to check my account and saw the two charges. I tried to call them but the # on Google no one answers. So I drove all the way back up there explained the situation they kept questioning me like they didn't believe me even after giving them my phone and letting them look for themselves. They agreed to refund one of the charges had me sign a receipt and I was on my way. Then later that night I was checking my account again and noticed I was charged again so instead of refunding me they charged me again. 😑

Update: (previously 1 star) This has been fixed and they apologized, the person working the card reader was new to using it and we got everything resolved.“

“Loved it! Amazing options and variety. My children beg me to bring them as it’s their favorite treat spot. The new owner is fantastic. I spilled my Caribbean Cola and not only did one of the employees jump to get me a new one without charge, the owner came out without hesitation to clean it up and told us not to worry. That’s great customer service right there and someone who genuinely cares about his customers!“
