Shipley donuts in WACO is in a nice location. Donuts. twists. They got a lot if choices. It is a little pricey. It is clean. I like stopping by.

Clean and delicious!! Tia the store manager was awesome at helping me get donuts for our teachers, they were ready for pickup and her generous donation brought so many smiles to University High School’s teachers. We love you guys!!

My fiancé went and ordered our donuts. Got home and my donut holes were missing. I ordered an old-fashioned with nuts no icing. The thing is burnt and old and stale . There was no way it was made fresh this morning. My fiancé back up there and got my donut holes. They were OK. It has been years since I have been to this location, but I used to go several times a week and it used to be delicious. The quality of their food has went downhill immensely I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Came in at 1225 bought some food came bake 5 mins later and the lady in side tia or cia she is Hispanic she said I couldn't be in there that it was drive thru only and I was in there just 5mins before that store needs a new manger!!!! The way she treated me very rude

Went there yesterday before we hit the highway for our trip and ordered some donuts and a couple of milks. Both milks were spoiled. I took them to the counter and she exchanged them for 2 more and they were spoiled I almost threw up when I tasted the second milk. Then the girl at counter offered to give us only one of the larger milks to replace the 2 smaller spoiled ones and it tasted wierd also. Maybe it just didn't taste right after I had spoiled milk taste in my mouth already so I asked her very nicely if I could get a soda instead. By this point she had shifty attitude like she thought I was lying or something I even asked her to get a milk from the fridge and try it herself but she didn't she left those other milks in there for someone else to get. When she brought me my soda I said thank you and she didn't even reply she just walked away. Smh she acted like I was lying or either I was disturbing her from doing nothing.
