Honestly, I'm really disappointed in this Shipley's. For many years, I've gone to this Shipley's and it's been reliable, delicious, and absolutely nostalgic.
Unfortunately, today we were met with an empty store full of employees doing nothing but standing around talking, them cleaning and closing the dine-in at 11am. They put signs up saying Drive Thru only. It was not even noon????
Of course the donuts themselves were amazing so props to the baker, donut artists? They were awesome. But everything else about the store was terrible.

Drive thru employees have zero customer service. The young lady was scrolling on her phone while taking my order which then led her to give me the wrong order. Check your bag before you drive off. Management needs to do better.

They got a simple order of 3 beqrclaws wrong. Only giving me 2 and leaving ke to purchase another. Not a huge deal but not great service either. I like their product though and will be back.

Ordered thru app. $1.00 service charge then tried to force me to leave a tip. The app would not apply my reward. Looked like it did but it did not. Got to the store and the ordered was not even started. They didn't have the Bavarian cream that I ordered so they just replaced it with a chocolate covered Boston cream without telling me. When I questioned it I was told they were out of Bavarian cream but it was the same?! The egg, cheese, bacon kolaches had very little filling and was mostly bread. The donut holes where stale and everything was cold. Never again will I darken their doors. They can keep the 2 free donuts.
To the Nice young lady that provided exceptional service for me and my two boys. Made our Morning! She also did a great job Cleaning! My boys said she was really nice as we were leaving! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Keep on Shining!
