Me and my son get Shipley every morning, it’s a staple in our routine. We usually go to lakeshore location but we sometimes go to cs location bc it is closer. Safe to say we will NOT be returning to cs location ! The ladies are rude and don’t give off a good vibe..no type of Goodmorning or anything. It is not all about the food sometimes ladies be aware you’re part of someone’s morning, no one wants to pay for mid food & bad customer service !

I love their donughts. This is the place if you like filled doughnuts. There are so many fruit jellies plus 3 creme and custard in vanilla and chocolate.
The sausage rolls are delicious as well. Though not a huge selection like out in west or at a Czech bakery.
The sausage roll is Jim Dean breakfast sausage. The bold is a hotdog style sausage. The ham and cheese tastes like a hot pocket in a yeast roll. While the bacon is tiny crunchy bits of bacon. The jalapeños do have a good kick for American spice. All are heavy on the cheese but too light on the egg.
Items sell out and are not restocked unless you buy in bulk. So order exchanges and “mistakes” are common.
My favorite is the chocolate creme, a chocolate doughnut with marshmallow creme filling or any rolled in nuts. My husband loves the cinnamon twists. I prefer the sausage over the bold as the breakfast flavor goes better with coffee & doughnuts. I also love the ham and cheese and wish they had a ham, egg, cheese & jalapeño.
Messed up my order, I called back after my 20 min drive back home and the person said I'd have a remake if I came back but I had work soon so I'd ask if I could come back tommorow, here I am now with know body who knows anything about a call yesterday and now I've spent money on food that I didn't even want. I couldn't even get my money back. Go somewhere else respectfully .

I've been stopping by here for years. Great donuts and kolache.
Kolaches hardly ever taste fresh, the bread is always hard. Donuts have always been good and friendly employees. Prices aren't to bad either. I will still go here on occasion. I just have to remember to check the breading.

Drive thru attendant had her head rested on the wall throughout the hole interaction. We changed our order twice because nothing we ordered was ready yet. Then she put our iced doughnuts face down in a bag for our troubles. Wish I could attach pictures.
