I went through the drive thru today. 4 female employees were leaning around d, having a conversation, the one in a green shirt eating doritos and half sitting on the metal counter. The window opened and I placed my order for 4 ham n cheese kolache. The window closed and for a few minutes they stood around chatting and eating. On processed my payment and closed the window again. After a few minutes she walked over to the warmer and placed food in a box, then came back to the window to tell me they only had 3 and asked what else I wanted. I explained I do not like the others and would just like a refund for the 1. She told me the manager wasn't there and looked expectantly at me. I said again, I just want my refund. After about 3 minutes another girl walked over, opened the register and handed me my refund. The girl eating doritos LICKED her fingers, pulled the kolache out of the box, shoved them into a bag and handed them to me. Doritos crumbs on the lip of the bag! I handed them back and asked for a refund. While processing my refund, I observed the same girl put the kolache back in the warmer.
This is disgusting.

Went in with the family and saw the guy making doughnuts eating over the dough and work area. This is not the first time I've seen a cleanliness issue with Shipley's chain.

Pulled up to drive thru this morning, thick lady with piercings was too busy texting before opening the window, i asked for white iced donut holes as on the website, she had no idea what i was talking about, after I received my order, I politely asked for napkins only to get ignored and the window shut. I got her attention and asked for napkins. These kids have no customer service/ people skills. Employees also need training on products offered by Shipley's.

This is my second time trying Shipley's and I must say it's several times better than the one in Okc I tried. Got 3 dozen for the family and they were gone quick. Delicious Chocolate, Strawberry and cherry icing.
