Wow!!! These cupcakes are incredible. I am a huge icing lover, so these were perfect. We got the lemon, strawberry, bruiser and chocolate one. The lemon was our favorite!!

A little bit of a wait, but well worth it. Cup cakes and blueberry crumble are worth it.

Wish they moved the check out at the end of the bakery display. So you can view what you want before checking out. Without having to try to move around people to see. Cookies are good. Staff friendly. Way to much frosting for my taste. Unique selection and they change it up, which is nice.

Never made it in. The line went down the street and they wanted $10 to park. With a disabled blind spouse i couldn't make him stand for an hour to get inside a cramped place to eat a cookie.
Even in the rain, there’s a line to get into Silos Baking Co. — and for good reason! The smell of fresh pastries and cupcakes hits you the moment you walk up, and it’s absolutely worth the wait. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and everything tastes homemade with love. Rain or shine, this place is a must-stop in Waco! 🌧️☕🍰

So I got an oatmeal creame pie, cookie , I'm warming ya ahead of time way to sweet for that and at $6 I couldn't even eat 1/4 of it. The smell when the door is opened omgosh if your not hungry it'll make ya lol. Just wished they had croissants. $4.50 for Cinnamon Roll wasn't a bad price. There was a line to get in. They hand ya a menu to order from in the line outside. They had some merchandise inside also.

The atmosphere is very simple and beautiful. I tried the limited-time Barbie cupcake — unfortunately, the cream on top didn’t taste like strawberry, and the texture wasn’t quite right for me. The same goes for the oatmeal pie; the cookie itself was a bit hard but still tasty, though the cream filling also had an off consistency.

There was a queue , but a nice young lady was handing out menus which you filled in while waiting, then gave it in and paid. There was then a short wait for your very delicious order
The queue does not take long.

Silos Baking Co. has a beautiful vibe and is such a fun stop, especially as part of the whole Silos experience. The bakery is charming, the aesthetic is on point, and it’s definitely exciting to finally see it in person after growing up watching Chip and Joanna.
That said, the pastries were a bit of a letdown for me. I found them on the dry side — I personally prefer my biscuits and pastries to be a bit more moist and tender. I'm not sure if it was a freshness issue or just their baking style, but it didn't quite live up to the visual appeal.
Still, it was worth the visit for the experience, and checking this off my Magnolia bucket list made the long trip feel complete. If you’re a fan of the show, it’s definitely something you’ll want to see for yourself — just maybe adjust your expectations on the baked goods.

SO very disappointed with this bakery! First they make you wait outside the blistering heat with absolutely no shade, then you are shoved around in a tiny storefront to wait for your items. The cupcakes are moist but do not have very much flavor at all! I ordered the six mix pack, and there was no specification to even what each flavor was. I ordered 6 cookies and they were ALL EXTREMELY DRY! Half of the packaging didn’t have labels so we had no clue what it was either.
$52 and a waste of money!
