Presentation is nice, it deceives the taste of the cookie and cupcake. Did not like that the cupcakes are refrigerated. Gives a not fresh feeling. Then the icing is all stiff and cupcake is cold. I got the strawberry cupcakes and snickerdoodle cookie. I’ve tasted better snickerdoodle from my own oven. Expected better from a professional bakery. Very little flavor. Strawberry cupcake tasted like artificial strawberry flavor. Icing was extremely sweet and did not taste like strawberry. Tasted like nesquik strawberry powder that you put in milk.

I ordered a vintage floral style cake and they DELIVERED 👏 strawberry cake has always been my favorite from here and this review is way overdue. I have loved this bakery for many years and will continue to purchase my cakes from here. 🤍 I’ll drop pics in comments!

I hate putting this but I must. Walked in on a whim to get a sweet treat. We got half a dozen yummy looking cupcakes. When we tried them we were terribly disappointed. They were so dry! Icing was hard. I cannot believe a bakery would have the nerve to put this out there for purchase. They should be ashamed of theirselves for selling a product like that. All cupcakes were dry, dry, DRY.

I ordered a marble 1/2 sheet cake and it was extremely dry. I paid $185 for this cake. I reached out to them and it shows that my message was read on messenger. I didn’t get a response so now I am leaving a review. I would not recommend them due to the lack of customer service and the cake was very dry. They lost a customer for sure. I also used them for company parties but not any more.

Very disappointed. Bought a six pack of different cupcakes for birthday for adult birthday. They were all very dry and crumbly. The icing had dried to a hard texture. It tasted as if they were old and stale. I was very disappointed and won't be back!

i usually never write reviews but omggg sooo gooddd ! my grandma used to get all my birthday cakes from here when i was a baby so ive always loved this place , this morning i got the gingerbread cupcake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and it is DELICIOUSSS ! the cake part is not to sweet which is great because i dislike things that are too sweet , the icing is deliciousss as well , in the photo ive included it looks a little odd because its already halfway eaten lol but run and go get one of these they are sooo good ! and the lady who was at the counter was so sweet and made good conversation , im not sure of her name but she was working 12/12/24 at around 9:50am , give this girl a raise she is so sweet ! :)

I was initially excited to try this business. Everything looked absolutely amazing online and in person. However, my experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning. The lady I spoke with was rude and unwelcoming. She repeatedly said, "We are only doing buttercream, not royal icing," as if I couldn’t understand her.
I explained, "I get that. I just need cookies for a birthday that aren’t Christmas-themed. I don’t care what type of icing they have." Despite my clarification, the interaction remained frustrating. I eventually said, "Just forget it," and started to leave. Only then did she suddenly offer to "help" and say they are able to make other shapes. By that point, it was too late for me to feel comfortable ordering.

Me and my fiancé always come to them for our kids birthdays and they always do such an amazing job. I know there’s a few bad reviews here but I have not experienced that. Please don’t let that discourage you we’ve been going to them for 6 years.
