IT WOULD BE FASTER TO GET A JOB HERE AND MAKE YOUR OWN DRINK THAN ORDERING ONE!I Waited for 2 min for them to answer after I pressed the button just to get an ocean water. There were 4 vehicles there. 15 minutes later I’m still waiting. I had to press the button again and ask for it. Then had to wait another 2 minutes for them to bring me out my drink then they tried to double charge me for a $4 drink. I’ll never tip at a sonic again, if I ever go back to one. This is the 5th sonic in a row I have had to wait over 10 min for a drink.

Prices are going up. Size is going down. And the food is really greasy. A very nice young man wanted us. The speaker was hard to hear. And too heavy of scent to really understand the lady taking our order.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything but ordering.

I thought Tuesday is 1/2 burgers at Sonic, so I pulled up and ordered from my car on Tuesday after 5pm. Two cheeseburger combos came up right $20. I questioned why I didnt get the discount and was told I didnt ask fot it when I ordered. Soooo, they didnt offer to ring me up at the discount ... I supposedly didn't get it because I didnt use the app or an on-line Sonic account or ASK for it when I ordered. I paid my $20 and gave the carhop a $2 tip. I will always wonder if they did ring up a special afterwards and where did the rest of the money go? I have never has a manager say that I had to ask for a discount when it's well advertised that an item is half price on Tuesdays after 5pm. I have went to other Sonics during happy hour and ordered drinks that automatically came up 1/2 price ... I didnt have to ask for it. Fishy business...

So, this particular Sonic is poorly run, has very bad food, and is very unsanitary. Lots of possible cross contamination. Be careful when eating here. The other sonics are way better and the food is safer to eat. Please ? be cautious when eating here.
Went 30 minutes before they closed. No ice cream because they cleaned ice cream machine early. Felt like they didn't want any customers to be there! Me and 3 other ppl pulled out and went to Dairy Queen two spaces over. Not only were they really nice but they served ice cream! I'll be skipping Sonic moving forward.

I gave it only 2 stars due to the place is being run into the ground. Almost all of the menu's on one side don't work. I have tried to be patient but it has been at least 2 weeks that i know of. The few that do work, the employees park there. Then I hear that one of the ice machines are down. What next the ice cream machine or would it be the fryer? Who ever is in charge of maintenance is really dropping the ball. I love sonic but I would rather go next door to dairy queen than to have these issues.
