I've been here a couple times in the past week and both times the man at the drive-thru was very unprofessional. I am unsure if he is the manager. The 1st time I just ordered French toast sticks and there was no syrup or straw in the bag. The second time I ordered an ultimate breakfast burrito with everything on it. There was only egg and sausage. I am very disappointed in this location. This used to be a hot spot for a nice hangout. Now its just trashy and I dont want to go back

The service at this Sonic is beyond terrible!!!! So unprofessional! I had to leave because of the time it was taking to get my drink and wrap. When I called to make sure they knew and ask about my refund, I was hung up on. I called back, surely that was an accident, nope. I was hung up on again! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I usually enjoy coming to this sonic, but one of the managers at this location (Christin or Christina) makes my experience distasteful EVERYTIME! She is so rude/disrespectful and has very poor customer service. I am tired of the way she consistently treats customers and I’ve also heard unpleasant things she has said to the carhops. I don’t know why she still has a job here but the ones above need to terminate her from this establishment, ASAP!!!! Once she is permanently gone I will be more than happy to return as a customer.

I LOVE this location. I come by almost every day around 7-8am. The man and woman who run that place on the morning shift need a raise. They are kind, and most importantly they are very hard workers.

This sonic has given me the wrong items multiple times and when I call back on the stall no one answers. Car hops are rude and have i can maybe count on one hand the amount of times i’ve seen them smile (part of the job description too!). Car hops here also only be nice if you tip, the amount of times the same car hop will be rude one day when i don’t tip and then all nice when i do-this isn’t how sonic works..coming from an ex sonic employee.. really disappointing and unfortunate that the employees all look like they hate their jobs so they don’t care to do it correctly. Couldn’t even get my orginal drink because they refused to answer the stall and when i tried to wave down the same car hop who brought me the wrong drink she just looked at me like i was an idiot. Cute little front lawn tho

Place is great. It's usually very clean and the hop staff are always friendly. Everyone is happy the old screens finally got updated. Unfortunately, you currently have a manager that is a real problematic. She yells & curses over the intercom, came outside to belittle and had attempted to intimidate customers with other staff. I understand the frustration of keeping up with a full lot and drive through, but crashin out on customers for simple kitchen mistakes and taking too long to take someones order is wild. Thats the short version l. I would love to talk to the owner about it.

I waited one hour to get a chili cheese tater tots and they still gave me the wrong order after telling them three times what it was. This was absolutely unacceptable and worthy of someone or the entire staff getting fired. I will never be going there again and I would heed others not to do it as well. At the rate y’all are going,
I’m sorry to say this, but y’all will not make it and y’all will be replaced by another business.

Sammbra (got your name off the receipt btw) gave horrible service, was rude at the order stall, got my entire order wrong then when i asked hey is this an unsweet tea she said yes when i got my receipt and tried my drink she lied and its sweet tea i pressed the stall and they kept answering it for 1 second then ending it over and over sat for 10 mins trying to get someone’s attention or answer the stall without turning it off and nothing paid for the wrong drink and now cant drink it either because im diabetic, thanks sammbra if you hate your job go work somewhere without customers thank you.

I visited the Sonic on Valley Mills in Waco to order a Route 44 soda water. The drive-thru speaker was difficult to hear, so I pulled forward expecting to place my order at the window, even with no one waiting in the drive through behind me. Instead, the employee told me to circle back around. When I did, she refused to take my order at all, was rude, and even threatened to call the police for no reason. Very poor customer service—I was simply trying to purchase a drink.
