I just left the Sonic on North Valley Mills Dr. and the worse went to get me a couple of 1/2 priced cheeseburgers and get ready to order and the guy I can only order that on the app well I don't know why I've ordered couple of times not using the app , Sonic on Bagby lets me order there I guess I'll be going over there.

Foods usually good, orders are usually correct. The only thing I can really say is some things need to be refurbished. If corporate reads these reviews, PLEASE get their drive through PA system fixed. I can barely hear them take my order amd the screen is broken as well so I can't even confirm if they heard me properly. It's no fault of the employees, it's just old broken tech that needs to be fixed or upgraded. Otherwise, this is a good location

I just ordered 2 footlong chili cheese coneys with onions on them. Guess what: no onions. Really? A couple of weeks ago I ordered the same thing and they put the onions in a separate container. Why does this particular location have a problem with the onions?

My most recent experience was horrible , I ordered through the APP to cut down on wait time since my son had tests to go to , 2 foot long chili cheese dogs with easy mustard , onions and jalapeños on 1 , fried pickles , mozzarella sticks extra ranch ×3 , 1 LG mango slush 1 rt44 lemon slush with extra lemon slices and a drink carrier What we got was 2 foot long dogs drowned in mustard that was running over the sides of the boat , 1 marinara and 1 ranch , no lemon slices , no drink carrier and even after I waited 5 minutes to leave the house then a 5 minute drive still had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my order making my son late to class , and I tipped for this when I ordered ..sheesh , not going back here for a very long time, oh and after 10 minutes I pushed the call button after checking in and was told it will be out when it ready rather rudely

I ordered a strawberry slush with extra strawberries and cheddar peppers. I was charged for a My drink came back to me a large strawberry limeade with the extra strawberries. This is the 3rd time this location has messed up on my orders. Your strawberry slushes are not slushes. Being the 3rd time I will not go to your location anymore. I also called the store for 30 minutes continuously and no one picks up the phone.

It seems like they can just never get a order fully right. Ask for no onions, and there's extra. Always ask for extra cherries for my cherry limeade and I get none. Very annoying lol

17 minute wait for a water, others around me who ordered after me got their order and left way before they brought my water out, another night over an hour wait for food and customers asking about their orders were ignored, another night 20 minute wait for the ranch I ordered that they left out of the bag to go with my pickles frys... they never brought it out and my food got cold... I finally gave up and left, turning red buttons off as if they have served me and they never even took my order... this place is horrible and the water tasted funny and made me sick I took a few drinks and threw it away!
