You know they must need help, because I'mit took about 15 minutes to get my order and I only ordered a bag of ice, ice cream blast, and a large Coke. It just shouldn't have taken 15 minutes.The reason I put two stars for service is because it took 15 minutes to get that order, but the girl that brought it out was really friendly, I will say that!Parking: I believe it's self-explanatory on all three of these!Kid-friendliness: Self-explanatoryWheelchair accessibility: Self-explanatory

Just waited nearly 25 minutes for a milkshake ( oreo cheesecake master blast) that was literally filled halfway with whip cream. Service is absolutely atrocious. Delivery guy looked unprofessional and dirty. Will NOT be returning.

Food was good. First order taker was great! First car hop really nice that brought out food in a timely manner. Gave her a tip. Second order taker sounded like we woke her up from a deep winter sleep...second car hop brought out 2 sonic blast for husband and I and literally whispered maybe 2 words...not friendly at all. No tip. Got napkins and mints. However, when did you start putting mayonnaise on your hamburgers! It sucks! Everything else was good.

It seems that every time I visit after picking my granddaughter up from school and I order a slush for her there machine is always down(not working) this has been occurring off and on for months. Didn't get anything.

I use to love this location but for the past 3 visits I am always told that the slush machine doesn't work. Drinks were made messy as well. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Put in an order to Door Dash. Dasher gets there and they tell him they don't have an order for me in their system, but they sure as hell took money out of my account for it. Will NEVER order from here again.

I waited for my order a long time (at least 15 min), though that seems to be common at this location so I wasn't bothered too much as I come here often . Then they brought out the wrong Sonic Blast. I paged in, they assured me they would let the team know. Nothing for 10 more minutes... I paged back in asking about my Blast. The gentleman seemed apologetic verbally but then hopper to bring it out 5 minutes later said absolutely nothing to me & when I commented it had been 30 minutes since I placed my initial order he rolled his eyes & walked away, still saying nothing. Once he walked away, I look down at the new blast & it has a chunk of the lid missing... so I will likely be coming across plastic if I choose to eat this Sonic Blast that I waited 30 minutes for. Phone calls to the location led me no where.Update: I did not come across any plastic in my Blast, so it likely was a faulty lid sent by manufacturer & not caught by workers. I got a phone call from the franchise owner today, Lance. He was very helpful & apologetic. He is getting me a gift card for more than the total of my order & offered his personal cell # to me if I run into any issues in the future, acknowledging particular struggles of his staff right now. Updated my review to 3 stars from 1.
